This historic house is so pretty and beautifully furnished to reflect its period. Really comfortable Bed, Lem's bedroom is dual aspect, so light in the morning. Lindsey's welcome and Vicky's hospitality were second to none and went above and beyond. Phoning around Lynchburg to track us down and return our phone chargers that we left in our room! Fortunately we... More

What a fantastic place to stay while visiting Lynchburg. My group rented all 3 rooms out for a night and it could not have been a better experience. The house has a tremendous history, and it definitely feels like stepping back in time. Vicki goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable, and wow... breakfast was fabulous. We'll be... I believe this is the only B&B still operating in Lynchburg and it's a good thing because it would be a sad thing to come to Lynchburg and not experience The Tolley House. Vicky makes an awesome southern breakfast from scratch. The home could certainly use some updating, but all in all, it's worth the price you pay to experience... More

When you visit Lynchburg put this Bed and Breakfast on your list if you stay over night. It is conveniently located only a mile from the Jack Daniels distillery. Vicky and Lindsay took excellent care of our accommodations and outstanding breakfast. This place has lots of historical ties to both the town and the Jack Daniels story. Spend some time... More

They are few places to stay in Lynchburg near the Jack Daniels distillery and Tolley house is the best option. It is an antique house in very good condition with nice furnishings. The manager was very friendly and made a great breakfast. We have stayed in many five star b and bs and Tolley house was not at the same... More

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary during Jack Daniel's 150th anniversary! We stayed at the 3rd Master Distiller's house, Lem Tolley. A wonderful two story home with plenty of space inside and out. We stayed in Lem's room that has great view of the property via two large windows. Sitting on the porch watching fire-flies while sipping our... More

My husband and I ended our road trip to Tennessee here at the Tolley house. It was beautiful, quaint and relaxing. We stayed in Ethel's room and we're very pleased. We also sat on the big porch rocking chairs in the evening and enjoyed the sun setting after going to town to grab some BBQ. Our breakfast in the morning... More

What a wonderful home. Karen is one gracious hostess. We had the pick of rooms, and stayed in a lovely back bedroom. Breakfast was wonderful and home made. Quiet town, on a Friday night, most everything was closed by 5pm. Relaxing, thank you, Karen. See you next year, Joyce

Could not have picked a better place to stay in historic Lynchburg, TN. We staying in the lroom with two large picture windows overlooking the hillside and red swing.
