Having regular business trips to the Fife area found the Woodside Hotel well located for the Fife area. With ample parking at back and front of hotel . Staff are brilliant , very helpful and nothing is trouble to them Hotel a bit dated but certainly has a old style charm about it , rooms big and airy with plenty... More

We had our wedding reception at this hotel. We chose this hotel for a number of reasons; the price was very good and the food was also the best that we had tried in the area prior to deciding on a venue, which is a must for a wedding reception! On the actual day the staff were excellent, they made... More

Stayed here for an overnight , Sunday into Monday and paid £60 for our room. Room was small and dated, room window was a hazard as the heavy window opened slightly then would slam down without warning. Very basic room though had tea/coffee facilities. Dated bathroom with 2 free sachets of toiletries and one shower cap. Plenty towels and heated... More

We stayed 1 night in the Kennedy suite .. Small and very hot. The bathroom although clean really could do with an uplift. The bedroom was small but clean and bed comfy. The clipper restaurant was excellent and food amazing. The staff were lovely..

We picked this hotel for two reasons, the price was good and the historic stained glass ceiling in the bar. Its a nice hotel, a bit dated in places but very comfortable. Its also in a very good location on Aberdour high street. The breakfast was good but nothing special. All the staff were good. The room was clean and... More

Arrived at the hotel and after quite a curt check-in, the room itself was a little dated, not really like the double rooms you see in the pictures (Room 9) but not bad. Bathroom very old fashioned and could do with updating but clean and that is always the main thing. Ate in the dining room for tea, beautiful ceiling... More

Stayed two nights at this hotel with my extended family. We had two rooms, a family room for my son and his wife and children and a double room for my wife and me. The rooms were nice, 15 and 19, opposite each other on the top floor. Both rooms were very comfortable. Aberdour is lovely village and would highly... More

Great food, nice room and dining room was stunning. Also good location for getting to Edinburgh. For the price, cannot complain at all. Train to South Gyle in Edinburgh was really quick. Loads of parking.

We stayed one night , check-in was warm and welcoming. The bedroom though dated was spotlessly clean and bed extremely comfortable show though could only get hot water. Nice service at the bar and dinner was excellent, breakfast in the morning was ample enough and again good attention to detail. Would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone, its a great... More
