I visited The Old Inn (and Ireland) for the first time this weekend past and cannot fault the food, or service. I visited with a friend, and we both enjoyed an evening dining in the Bar area of the hotel. My friend and I enjoyed the set menu, both having the beef which was excellent, followed by a toffee pudding,...

I spent an enjoyable night with dinner at one of our favourite small hotels and restaurant in the World . I first had a drink in this pub built in 1614 over 50 years ago as it was walking distance to where I lived. Unfortunately we picked a bad day to arrive from Hong Kong after a 6000 mile journey.......

When in Northern Ireland 40 Years ago I used to visit the Old Inn for meals. It still has the great atmosphere welcome , good friendly service and really good food. We found the bar area more relaxing and the menu is the same as the restaurant. Well presented and tasty food. Very friendly service. Had a great dinner. Can...

I have stayed here in the past and have just had the opportunity to update that experience, and have done so twice in the past month. What a gem beautiful, being able to walk in to a world and leave the rest behind, the staff play a major role in this, so helpful and attentive but in no way intrusive....

Booked a one night stay with breakfast on a special voucher deal for my husbands birthday on June 14 and I never once was made to feel we were on a cheap deal. Dear sncj, Thank you for taking the time to post a review on Tripadvisor. We were delighted that you enjoyed your recent short stay so much. There is a lot of speculation as to how some hotels treat customers who have come to the hotel via an online deal and are sometimes made to feel less 'welcome'. We are very...

Excellent service throughout the inn which is spread out above Crawfordsburn country park and glen. Free off road parking. Romantic touches in room were very good. Four poster a bit cramped but not much of a problem. Road noise on Monday morning a bit of a problem. Food was excellent and service could not be faulted.
