Afternoon tea was a disappointment. Tea was lukewarm. Weak. One half slice of bread with filling. Mini scones were pathetic. Some nice sweet cakes and nice yoghurt with hint of ginger and a fruit base. Felt tea would be fine if brewed correctly. Also a nice touch would be to serve tea in fine bone China. Any left overs were...

My friend and I stayed here for a joint 30th bday celebration, I have to say it's wonderful. The staff are really lovely, especially the man who looked after us at dinner. The thermal village is wonderful, really was a lovely time. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I called ahead twice to make sure...

We stayed for 2 nights in a junior suite. It was amazing, roomy and comfortable with a private balcony overlooking the river Maine. The spa was fantastic plenty to do and very relaxing. Ate in gillies which was also very good. The staff were fantastic very helpful and friendly. The only gripe is we had breakfast in the river room...

We have stayed here several times over the past seven years and our most recent stay lived up to all our expectations - standards are as high as ever. We enjoyed a Spring Break with a Superior, river-view, room a meal and a bottle of wine as well as use of the Spa, all for a reasonable sum. The staff...

Had lovely stay. Bedrooms beautiful - very warm & no air con. Thermal Village is something else. Very relaxing, plenty variety of saunas, pools, hot tubs & set in beautiful surroundings. Ate in Fratellis - food was delicious, only fault was restaurant is very dark - struggled to read the menu. Staff were all very pleasant & polite.

I regularly stay at The Galgorm when on business up North and have always found the hotel to be comfortable and well set up for business on the go. Recently I stayed overnight & found, to my surprise, the wifi to be horrendous which meant I had to leave and find a coffee shop with free wifi close by to...

We stayed here for a 'Mini-moon' after our wedding. We were treated like Royalty from we moment we arrived. Our Deluxe room with a river view which was stunning, overlooking the spa facilities outdoors and lovely gardens round about. We had Dinner in both Fratellis and Gillies which was faultless. My only issue was that we ate far too much!...
