This was a birthday treat from our family. What a luxury hotel, everything was excellent. Gillies restaurant was very busy, we were shown to our table and staff attended to us very efficiently and courteously. Room was overlooking thermal village and spa, lovely room and very clean. Mini bar and snacks were very welcome. Treatments in spa were excellent, rooms lovely.

Four of us sisters went to the Spa for one of their packages for 3 hours in the Spa Village with afternoon tea in the Conservatory. It was fabulous - the Spa has fantastic facilities but the afternoon tea was gorgeous and the service was really great : attentive but not intrusive ; lots of top ups of tea and...

My husband and I went to a wedding here, and stayed two nights; the first in one of the lodges, and the second in the hotel itself. The lodge room did not include the spa amenities, however the room we booked in the hotel included them. The staff was very nice and helpful the whole stay, the food at the...

Travelled to the Galgorm Resort and Spa as part of a girls day out. We made use of the Thermal Village Spa, which was absolutely excellent. Staff very friendly and everything very clean and efficient. Afterwards we went to the Conservatory for their Traditional Afternoon Tea which was absolutely delicious.

My mum and I visited for an " indulgent experience " in January and had a thoroughly enjoyable time. We began with afternoon tea in the conservatory which was fabulous as usual and we enjoyed our window seats with the river view. We then spent a few hours in the spa which was amazing as always and wasn't so busy...

Efficient check-in. Room was really comfortable got twin beds as requested. Spa treatments were lovely and although the hotel and spa was really busy we didn't feel hurried or crowded. Food was excellent though a little confused as to breakfast lay out in Gillies. If I had any compliant it would be the Orangery as seating was very limited so...

Stayed here with my fiancée for 1 night only wish it could of been 2. Rooms were cosy and the bed was luxurious. Spent a full day in thermal village and we got the hot tub to ourselves late in the evening. Food in gillies was outstanding. The group in the bar was brilliant we were lucky that the usual...

I have stayed in standard rooms, deluxe rooms, log cabins and the cottage and they are all really lovely although the showers in the log cabins and cottages are not much good but i do love this hotel and the food in Gillies bar and grill is just so delicious every time
