a little dated in places. the room was in the extended part of the hotel and was meltingly hot overnight and in the morning (it is february!) the dinner menu seemed a little fussy so we went to the pub. beautiful purbeck stone building though and would go back. breakfast was local produce and delicious.

The most friendliest hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff made like you were part of the family, nothing was too much trouble. The food was outstanding, beautifully cooked breakfast, evening dinner was superb with an amazing menu. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is excellent, the bedrooms are tastly decorated and very comfortable with some amazing views,we felt right...

We had an overnight stay here this week. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very spacious with a large reception and lounge room where you can enjoy a glass of wine whilst browsing the menu for dinner. This felt very special, with the wooden panelling on the walls and a roaring log fire glowing. Our evening...

I'm not sure why this hotel is considered only a 3 star ? My experience is much better than this. Nestle in the historic and beautiful village of Corfe this wonderfully quaint hotel harks back to a more classical and timeless hotel experience. My partner and I booked a two night D,B&B experience and we're delighted from the very start...

This hotel has the best accessible rooms we have stayed in. The restaurant is accessible and it seems that having guests in wheelchairs is no problem for this hotel. The food is divine. Plenty of parking (including 2 disabled spaces). If you want a quality hotel choose this one. The staff are wonderful and go out of their way to...

I was greeted with a warm smile which is always nice. I then booked in and was shown to my room, which had a stunning view of Corfe Castle on the top of the Hill opposite. The room had great Tea and coffee making facilities and a had a nice cosy feel to it. I slept really well in a...

Visited on January 28th for a Birthday dinner with my husband. As usual the welcome was warm and we received cuddles from the staff. The meal was fantastic as usual and the only regret was that we were unable to stay overnight this time. Thank you to everyone who looked after us so well.

We were transferred to this hotel as the one we had booked for New Year was unable to accommodate us. We certainly feel that we got the better deal, although we opted to have the Gala meal at the original hotel as we felt sympathy with their problems, maybe not such a good move as it turned out. However we...

It's perhaps like a set from an Agatha Christie novel, wood lined reception room and impressive log fire, elegant and cosy. You are shown first into this lovely room to sit and peruse the menu over a drink and wait to be called through to the restaurant proper. Our menu choices of shared meat platter to start was just right...

This is a beautifully presented hotel with really lovely staff, and we enjoyed our stay. While our room was a little browner than we like, and the bathroom a little cooler, everything else was excellent - big comfy bed, quiet and peaceful, lovely flowers in the public spaces and a crackling log fire in the comfy guest lounge. The restaurant...
