Great welcome at Seadown. We were early but the staff made the effort to check if our van was ready, which it was. Van was clean and tidy with a perfect view of the River Char and the sea. The site is very quiet and peaceful and very well maintained. Great for walking and the site is dog friendly too....

Spent a week here in a basic caravan which was very comfortable. Grounds were well kept and the close proximity to the beach and village made it very convenient. It is easy to find. The caravan would only earn a 4/5 for cleaniness - the extractor needed a good clean and the blinds in the bathroom had come off its...

Just come down for a long weekend. Nice modern (Cyprus) caravan, very clean and well equipped. Single beds not ideal for an adult but you could use the lounge area. The site is well maintained, nice and quiet and In a great location. Short stroll to the beach or cliff walks and local shops, pubs and chippy are only 5...

This park is lovely and so much better than the website suggest. We booked a Vista caravan as we wanted central heating, well worth the extra few pounds. The cliff walk view from our caravan was beautiful. We counted our steps from the caravan to the beach.. just 400 steps. The park is very quiet and does not have a...

This is a small(ish) caravan park/tourer pitch. It has direct private access to the beach and is kept immaculate by the staff. There is a small shop on site but no club house. I think it attracts older people and our stay was quiet and peaceful. The village with all its amenities is a very short walk away. Our caravan...

Just returned from 5 days at this caravan site. I must say it has to be one of our favourite sites. The staff are very friendly and the grounds are immaculate. Just a very short walk through the site takes you straight into the Jurassic coast. There's a cafe and a fossil shop there also an icecream van. Lots of...

Travelled down from Lancs without booking anywhere, but had a few numbers. Called Seadown when we got to Bridport on the off chance that they'd accept us for an overnight stay (even though their 'site says 3 days minimum booking period) - no problem. As it turned out we needed to stay for a while longer as my exhaust /...

Me, my husband and two children (2 & 4) had a great time staying at Seadown Holiday Park. It was really quiet, clean and friendly. Our caravan was really nice. It got a bit cold at night but we were prepared for this so it didn't matter. The walk to the beach is no more than 5 mins. The beach...

Having camped at this site in the past I was excited to see a special offer for a long weekend in one of their caravans. We stayed in one of their Horizon caravans which was extremely clean, spacious & well equipped. There was an issue with water draining away from the bathroom sink & shower but it didn't cause us...

Stayed in our camper van for 3 nights. Pitch was a generous size. Shower block was very clean with proper 'stay on taps' , shelves and hooks with plenty of hot water. Washing up area had sliding glass doors. Little things make a lot of difference. Excellent location although some road noise. Couldn't fault this site and would recommend.
