Pure indulgence and total rest and relaxation in awesome surroundings. We loved every minute of our all too brief stay. Exceptional standards. And a bonus to escape the news! Same time next year! Thank you!

Me and my wife stayed on 25th June. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely be making a return soon. The views are breath taking the location is quiet and away from the town center but still within walking distance. Over all a very relaxing stay.

The hotel is about 0.75 miles from Woolacombe and the award winning beach and at the bottom of a steep hill from Mortehoe. It sits on Combesgate Beach which a rocky cove which means that surfing, boogie boarding and swimming can only be carried out safely when the tide is out and away from the rocks.Steps are available from the hotel...

We have been many times with our children when they were young and now without as they are teenagers! We have very fond memories of the Watersmeet and the hotel lived up to those memories. Our room was lovely with the most fantastic view and the staff as always were very accommodating and friendly.

A room with a terrace facing the beach was not inexpensive but it does justify the outlay.Comfortable room with all the luxuries you would expect and an old fashioned feel about the place meant a gentle and non rushed atmosphere helped the aim of a relaxing few days. The food far exceeded our expectations which meant we had no need to...

Nice hotel with lovely lounge and bar overlooking the bay. The room we were given had a sea view and balcony but was small and for the price £260.00 per night I felt should have been much bigger. We have had better value for money elsewhere but overall was not too bad. The outdoor pool was great but not heated...

We have just returned from a 3-night stay at the Watersmeet (our fifth visit). Everything was as good as ever: a sea-facing room with a balcony and a most comfortable bed, excellent food and service, in an unbeatable location. Plenty of walks - casual or testing, and the sunsets are spectacular.
