Good place to stay for purpose of our visit. Friendly and helpful staff. Room basic but perfectly ok. Bed comfortable. Would recommend for a short stay in Devon. Good access to Dartmoor and north coast of Devon

Room was spacious and comfortable for my disabled wife and is ideal as a central hub for exploring devon and east cornwall. Only gripe was that the freeview tv did not have all the channels we have at home
