How glad I was that everywhere else was full in Exford otherwise I would not have found this gem of a place. A cool, calm house exuding a warm welcome, clean rooms, hot water, a colossal full English to sustain one right through the day, and I needed that to attend the dog show that went on until 6.45p.m.! Lovely...

We stayed at Upover for a weekend mountain biking. It's a Beautiful b&b in a great location. The rooms were lovely and clean and beautifully decorated with stunning views. Keith's breakfasts were top notch. Close to the local pub and also the footpaths up to Dunkery Beacon. Absolutely perfect weekend.

We stayed for three nights over the bank holiday weekend. Anne, our host was brilliant, warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. She found out toys for my children to play with. The rooms are large and very clean, and wifi was available. We would definately stay again, and would recommend...

My daughter Helen and me went by car to south West England in August this year. We actually planed a trip starting at the mouth of the river Parrett, following the coastline down to Cornwall and back at the south coast side. Already in the afternoon of our 2nd day we reached Exford, the heart of Exmoor. Searching for a...

My wife, son and I were camping locally and due to the great British summer, decided we needed somewhere to shelter from the rain for a night. We were recommended this place and were so glad. The hosts were very welcoming, and even had the travel cot and toys ready in our room for us. The room was huge, cosy...

Thank you so much for your kind words, regarding your stay with us. I well remember travelling with a small child can be quite exhausting. I also have a Granddaughter of the same age so it was a pleasure to make things a little easier for my guests. Enjoyed meeting you all and welcoming you to the beautiful National Park...

We stayed here whilst competing in the Golden Horseshoe Endurance Competition in May this year. This lovely B&B has excellent stables, so you can bring your horse with you and small paddocks so they can go out and graze. The rooms are spotless, the baths steaming hot and the Breakfast which consists of your choice of home-made fruit salad, yoghurt,...

Upover B&B is warm, comfortable & spacious. The hosts were really accommodating for two dirty mountain bikers and their bikes. They were also really friendly and cooked a great breakfast. Exford is a great spot to explore Exmoor from with two village pubs / hotels, a couple of shops and a tea room.

Had a lovely peaceful stay at Upover, great location for walking, bird watching and taking in the amazing scenery. Good local facilities, plenty of places to eat out. Ann was able to advise us on places of interest, and made our stay very special. The B&B was very comfortable, great English breakfast, look forward to going back soon.
