We were walking a couple of legs on the south west coast path and stopped here after a 14 mile walk from Lynmouth. The location is 100 yards from the end of the walk. The welcome was great, tea and cake and no fussing about walking boots. Room was clean and had everything we needed, also did a very good...

Excellent facilities close to all local amenities, a good menu for both breakfast and dinner with customer services second to none add that to the licensed bar and sea view from our room and it made for a very relaxed and pleasurable bank holiday weekend

Good location to explore both coastal path and inland discoveries! Just ask Nick for guidance, maps etc. Great hospitality and excellent home cooked breakfast and dinner. Can't think why anyone would want to go out to eat. Very comfortable rooms with all you need including sea views if one chooses! Just the place for peace and quiet at the end of each...

We've stayed here before as a couple and I have visited many times prior to that. Its in a lovely position, close to the beach with plenty of parking. We had a sea view room which was lovely. The hotel is well maintained, clean and very welcoming. What made our stay so special was the warm welcome we received from...

Very welcoming and attentive hosts, starting off with complimentary tea and cake on the lawn on arrival. Very conveniently located within yards of the South West Coast Path. We had a sea view room which whilst a bit on the small side, had everything we needed including home made biscuits. Excellent breakfast, all beautifully cooked. Highly recommend.

Walking the South West Coast Path in August (peak season) and only requiring one night can be a difficult task but not for Nick and Rachel who were only too happy to accommodate me. I arrived soaking wet but was met by Rachel who gave me a warm first impression. She offered me a hot chocolate and gluten free cookies...

You can be certain of a warm and friendly welcome at this jewel of a guest house, Nick and Rachel are the nicest of people you could wish to meet and nothing is too much trouble. The guest house is spotlessly clean and the breakfasts are lovely, and you can also book an evening meal which we did, there is...

What a special place, we have never been so well looked after. We should have been camping but due to the weather our tent was flooded and Rachael and Nick went above and beyond to help us. They are such a kind couple. They even helped us celebrate our sons 18th by surprising him with a cake.

Lovely B&B, we were greeted straight away by the lady who is one of the owners and she was absolutely lovely. We are doing the southwest coast trail and had been walking and camping for the previous 3 nights, we decided to treat ourselves to a B&B. We walked in wet form the rain with big bags and the lady's...

Me and my girlfriend stayed the night whilst visiting the area for a friends wedding and couldn't of asked for any more from a guest house, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Rachel and Nick were very welcoming on arrival. We settled into the room then treated with tea and cake! The rooms were great, clean...
