I'm only going to comment on the food instead of the sparsity of the furniture inside but thought we would give this a try with the new owners after Betty cottles was full... the only words to describe dinner was inedible! I ordered Lamb shank and my partner ordered Steak and Ale pie. First,.... shared veg which I cannot stand...

Called in yesterday hoping to try lunch now the pub is under new ownership only to find that tyhey no longer allow dogs in the bar. This is unusual for this part of Devon. Unffortunatelt won't be going again. Pity because its very conveniently placed for walks on that side of the moor.

I stay on the caravan site next door at least six times a year. I'm on my own and to be honest, it's easier to eat out than cook. 18 months ago I would have said this pub couldn't exist for much longer. Since the arrival of Sarah and the catch of Rose the cook, I would say there has...

We normally drive straight to Cornwall for our annual Holliday, this time we went early and decided to stay a few nights at Small but very comfortable caravan site called Bun Du, here we found a small public house called the Prewly Arms, here we found the staff to be very polite and the food to be excellent, it is...

In 2012 we discovered this little pub as we were staying at the travel lodge across the road. We had tea here and discovered it was lovely homemade food in a traditional pub,we were on our way to Padstow the following day and had said if the trip was to happen again we would stay here instead as the food...

Originally stayed here as a one off as ideally situated for a local work project. Was a little open minded based on some reviews. Sarah and her team could not make us any more welcome, really comfortable beds, (more so than my bed at home) excellent, real quality home cooked food. All at decent affordable rates and we'll worthy of...

Yes, it still needs work, but if you need a place to have a decent beer, feed and rest this hits the spot. Bedroom was spacious, the beer was cold, staff friendly and breakfast was just what the doctor ordered. If you want a little more quiet ask for a room out the back.

We stopped at the Prewley Moor Arms for lunch after a wander along the Granite Trail to the viaduct. The pub looks better inside than out, wide and spacious with good wheelchair access to many areas. (I don't know about the loo!) and it was quiet when we visited (weekday lunchtime). Food was very good, as was the service, with...
