Writing this review has left me in a bit of a quandary. We stayed with friends (their review is written above) but had quite a different experience. The property is very beautiful and so are the surroundings and it is an easy walk to the centre of Braunton. The hosts were at times very nice and friendly but a couple...

Once we got over the shock of the owners having "forgotten" we were coming and had the reassuring "we should be able to fit you in", we enjoyed our stay. This lovely Georgian house is in a quiet location a short uphill walk from the centre of Braunton, with easy parking in the grounds. The rooms are pretty much as originally built and furnished, but with really comfortable modern beds. Breakfast at the large dining table is excellent and the hosts are models of kindness.
