The hotel is close to the beach which is across the road & the town center about a 10 minute walk. There is a very friendly staff. The food in the restaurant was really good & the breakfast was really good. The pool is quite nice & a great resource. The car park is amazing & you have to take...

This is the second time I have stayed in the hotel for business purposes and while it is not the most luxurious of hotels, have found it comfortable, friendly and in a good location for evening walks on the beach. The breakfasts are average but dinner menu interesting and generally well cooked and presented. Be aware that during quiet periods...

Not a sunbathing holiday, more of a sightseeing trip. Only a 4 day visit so plenty to keep us busy. Hotel was very good, staff are brilliant. Not a lot of people in the bars. Lots of history to the Island. War tunnels are a must see.

After many previous visits during the 90s and 00s, I hadn't been to this hotel for 8 years because I was told it was going to be demolished. Now it has been totally revitalised and really smartened up. I only managed to have breakfast in the dining room but that could not be faulted in any way. I booked a...

Stayed here for two nights. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was unusually cold for a hotel & the duvet was very thin. Breakfasts were basic but adequate! The swimming pool was great. Warm & a good size with good changing facilities. It's a reasonably priced basic hotel.

Hotel de Normandie isn't grand - but it's very good. I paid £41 per night B&B in a single room. Everything comfortable and breakfast generous. Staff very helpful. It's only a short (slightly uphill) walk from St Helier.

We came to Jersey on Monday the 7th of November when we arrived at the hotel the staff were very friendly, very helpful.. we stayed in room number 5, although when we walked through the door of the room the first thing we smelt was cigarette smoke.. we tried opening all the windows but nothing seemed to get rid of...

Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean and great price. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. My only criticism was that they were rushing us to get the full English out before we had finished our cereal, felt we were being rushed! Apart from that great staff very welcoming

Was nice that you have the swimming pool sauna and jacuzzi. The staff were very helpful and friendly Breakfast was not very good. The fruit was past it's best and flavourless, the hot options were vegetarian fry, regular fry, and waffle and bacon. I had the regular fry. I would not have been happy if I was paying for it....

Good Morning Dave, Thank you so much for taking the time out to review the hotel. It definitely should not have been the case that the sauna was switched off during opening hours, I will be investigating this further to find out the reason why, so thanks again for bringing this to my attention. With regards to the restaurant ,...
