Furious indeed! Book two rooms...both facing back alley on 1st floor...basically we were staying above rubbish bins. Rooms are not suitable for accommodation at all. I paid the basic double room rate £80/night...I would not expect any views...but definitely not above rubbish bins. Rusty kettle in one room and discolored kettle in another one! Worst hotel ever! Only one socket...

We came to Jersey to celebrate our daughter's engagement. We stayed at The Moorings with my elderly parents. After an initial slightly frosty welcome, not having any parking tickets available to buy, meaning one member of our party had to go back to the car in the rain & drive in order to purchase permits to park legally, being residents...

We were a party of 20 celebrating a special birthday dinner on a Saturday night and staying over for the night, some of the party from the UK staying for 2 nights. The table was set up so beautifully, the meal as always was excellent and the staff and Jo the manager went out of their way to make the...

If you are looking for amazing food and an equally amazing price, you will be hard pressed to find a better location in Jersey. Lovely venue, especially if you want a quiet and comfortable restaurant. Great selection and high attention to detail. Helpful and attentive service, beautifully presented food and cooked to perfection. Not expensive and worth every penny. Seriously...

We had a delicious lunch at this lovely restaurant. The food was presented beautifully and cooked perfectly. I am coeliac and had so much choice that it was difficult to make my choices . The 3 course menu was amazing value and the service was excellent, would definitely recommend. In the warmer weather there are tables outside overlooking the harbour.Great !

Had a birthday meal with my cousin. Lovely food & service was also very good. Would recommend mend to anyone who is wanting a really lovely meal. It think the decore could do with a bit of an up-date, but that is me being a little picky. The view over the harbour is beautiful.

We have often eaten in the restaurant and that has always been excellent but, as it was a birthday weekend, we decided to stay overnight as well. Great decision. From check in on the Saturday afternoon until check out the following morning we could not have asked for better. We booked for bed and breakfast and added the evening meal...

An excellent luncheon for senior citizens of the parish. The quality of the food was superb, served efficiently, good size tasty portions. Well presented. Everyone had a great time. Congratulations to Jo and her staff. Highly recommended for both Luncheon or dinner, the terrace is also a great venue for a sunny summer lunch or a balmy evening supper.
