Traveling single, I was given a room that had a bathroom ,was roomy , comfortable and a beautiful sleep for three nights. Its location is very good too, a gentle walk from the ferry and town, over the road from a beach (A better one down the road 100 yds), around the corner is a "Local" cafe for down to...

Absolutely dreadful. Owners very surly. Whole place needs updating.Musty smelling room. Shower didn't work. Couldn't even get a decent cup of tea cos the water tasted fowl. Owner seemed to be watching us constantly. Jersey itself is absolutely gorgeous. Havelock worst place I've stayed in. Never complained about anywhere before. But felt l had to on this occasion. So disappointed...

You wouldn't have better service or standard of cleanliness in any 5 star hotel. Beds were comfortable and bedding spotless. A hotel full of character with helpful staff and friendly, personable owner. Our room was lovely, spacious with three big windows overlooking the sea. Yes, the bathroom was small and it does feel old fashioned but in an old Victorian/Georgian...

Booked via phone after looking at website. On arrival the room was nothing like the picture on web. Tired old room, curtains hanging off.. Bathroom was so small you couldn't have bath mat on the floor. Topped off by 2 nights of arguing being heard through the floor. Totally spoiled our first ever trip to jersey

This guest house was very clean, tidy and well presented. The staff were very polite, efficient and attentive. Myself and my daughter really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning here when we visit again later in the summer.

We would echo previous reviews in that this is not 5 star luxury however what it does afford is simply great value for money. We have paid more for less in the past. The room was indeed very dated but it and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was more than adequate and the staff helpful. The beach and Lido...

An extremely clean and well run establishment. Having worked on the QE2 and read the negative reviews I was a little sceptical, but was pleasantly surprised at the levels of cleanliness and customer care - I would say this was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in.
