We were there as a couple in Oct. Arrived around 17:00 on a Friday the room was cold and the heating wasn't on. As we left to go out we asked the manager on reception if they could swtich it on. We were told he needed to speak with his partner a it wasn't on yet. We returned at 23:00...

This hotel was perfect for our time in Jersey. When we arrived at the hotel the gentleman at reception was really friendly and said due to it being the end of season and the place been quiet we had been upgraded to a sea view room with no additional cost which was a nice start to the holiday. When we...

Having just been to Rondels for breakfast which is fantastic the Marina Metro hotel management have a lot to learn if they want guests to return. The breakfast there is awful. The fried egg dry, mushrooms tinned, tomato tiny and overcooked, 1 rasher of cheap bacon like rubber, sausage tastless and burnt, coffee bitter and strong, only 1 slice of...

This hotel has both good and bad points. Breakfast - nice continental and cooked breakfast available, nicely cooked, but never varied. Waitresses absolutely rushed off their feet, but still managed to be courteous and helpful. The public areas were well maintained and on the whole were smartly furnished. Any used crockery/glasses were quickly removed and tables wiped over. The corridors...

Just returned from this hotel and was very dissapointed.evening meals were of minuscule proportions and service was poor, they add 10% service charge even when the service is bad and the food very poor!.our room was in need of painting and the shower over the bath produced very little water and there was no handrail!. If you want a good hotel...

This Hotel was an ideal location to St Helier, only a 10 minute walk to the centre of St Helier. The Hotel was extremely clean and all staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was included in our stay and the choice was great. We hired a car on the last day so we could go around all of...

This hotel has everything you would need (except for car parking). Rooms were spacious - including the bathroom - plus complimentary shower gel & shampoo. ignore the 1960s style decor representative of Jersey's heyday as a honeymoon location as rooms and communal areas were spotlessly clean. Service was friendly and efficient. Breakfasts were superb from continental to full English. The...

The hotel is situated on a busy road and as mentioned in other reviews is close to the power station to one side and unattractive blocks of flats to the other side. The bar opposite is very noisy. The hotel is shabby and in need of updating throughout. We asked for a double room but were given a twin. The...
