Great hotel, very comfortable with excellent staff who could not do enough for us. Food lovely, we had breakfast each morning and a super meal 1 night. Good walking distance from bus stop and town centre.

We had the misfortune to stay at this hotel for 3 nights and i must say it is the worst hotel we have stayed in. Our first room no 92 was up so many stairs it was never ending no lift either both points not mentioned on website. The room was dark and dingy and like a sauna. After complaining we...

I recommend this hotel if you want a central location in St Helier with close proximity to the bus station. It is olde worldly with a shabby chic somewhat dark ambience so if modern minimalism is your choice probably not for you. The staff are most helpful and attentive. I had problems with no tv reception when I arrrived which...

Excellent food and well looked after by Alexandria. We slept in a four-poster (classy) and the hotel staff were very helpful. No hotel parking but multi-storey less than 100 yards away, which only charges between 0800 and 1700 hours using scratch cards - you quickly get used to them and they operate in most car parks across Jersey. Good experience.

Stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and from the moment we arrived we were well looked after. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean but the shower room was a little on the small side. We had a problem with the shower tray not draining and reported it to reception in the morning and it was repaired when...

Stayed here for a night on a business trip. The hotel is rather dated, and the room, and particularly the bathroom were very small. It was also very cold. The bed was comfortable enough although there was a lot of noise from the road outside. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was very nice (buffet style). You may have...

Stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel is old and the rooms need some tlc, but overall it on par with its 3 star rating. The staff are really friendly and helpful and are a real asset to this hotel. Céderique at reception was always cheery and we really enjoyed speaking to him when we were sitting in the reception...
