This is my second visit to Brooklodge. I can not say enough about this hotel and the staff that run it. I booked a junior suite as it was a special occasion, however I didn’t love the room we were given. I asked to change but was told no room was available. However, not long after we were upgraded to a suite free of charge. Exceptional. Dinner in the Italian was second to none. The spa and pool area are stunning. We walked the grounds, the outdoor area is lit up with fairy lights at night, they also have a gorgeous outdoor fire with seating. Nothing is a problem to staff, they are friendly, helpful and extremely professional. Truly making the experience everything I had hoped it would be!

A gorgeous place for a romantic break away. The hotel was peaceful and relaxing. Staff were excellent and very attentive. The room was clean, bright and very comfortable. My only suggestion for an improvement would be a better mirror in the room to apply makeup as the mirror in the bathroom has yellow lighting as does the long mirror in the bedroom. And the main mirror in the room has a large desk in front of it that is a struggle to lean over to do your makeup. The bed sheets were excellent quality. The spa was a wonderful relaxing experience. All the food was exquisite. Highly recommend this wonderful place.

Fabulous quite location in the countryside. Hotel offers plenty of choice and the village effect, appeals. Tried the spa and really enjoyed its facilities. Room of a good standard and staff work hard. Only quibble would describe breakfast as average. Car required if visiting this area of Wicklow.

Spent a night here recently and it was bliss. The setting between the mountains lends itself to a calm, peaceful ambience. The food in the Strawberry Restaurant was delicious. All the buildings are covered in ivy on the outside and look like coach houses. All you can hear is the water running in the river and birds singing. I felt so relaxed after a couple of hours, it felt like I was there two days, Two points which would improve the overall experience, (1) outdoor hot tub is small (2) Two girls on checkout desk, one was asking everyone she was checking out if they enjoyed their stay. The girl checking me out asked no one if they enjoyed their stay. That was a pity as that is the memory you are left with when leaving. I cannot wait to return.

Fantastic wedding venue. Stayed there last weekend for a wedding. Absolutely fantastic. Reception team were so professional and helpful. Phoned us in the room in the evening to see if we needed anything, welcome card in our room signed by staff lovely touch. Dinner in the strawberry Tree restaurant was excellent, a bit pricy but worth it. Best to book early as the restaurants get very busy. Would have been nice to have the bar menu served in the evening as well. Breakfast was everything you could hope for. Great selection and cooked breakfast was made to order even though it was very busy. Well done to all the team serving breakfast. Great venue for a wedding, but very hard to walk on the gravel in heels, also pulling cases on the gravel is not ideal. Great location with 3 restaurants and 2 bars and the wedding rooms were fantastic. Loved all the extras in the ladies toilets, flip flops etc. Thank you so much for such a lovely weekend 👏👏👏👏🍀👰
