We spent the first night of our recent 2 week trip in Ireland at Bramble Rock, and enjoyed our large and spotless room with spacious bath, as well as the generosity and hospitality of host/owner Ann, who even drove us into town for our dinner reservation at Wicklow Heather (reviewed separately). The property is a gentle walk outside of Laragh...

My friend and I stayed here in a twin room on the final night of our visit to the Glendalough area. As we were travelling without a car, the owners went above and beyond and very kindly provided us with a drive to a nearby restaurant and to the bus stop the next day. This B&B is very, very clean...

We stayed at Bramble Rock for three nights and from the minute we arrived, we were bathed in such a warm and friendly atmosphere. The accommodation is spotless and very attractively decorated. Ann & Ger are the perfect hosts - down to earth, welcoming and extremely helpful. They know everything about the local area and gave us some valuable information...

This is one of the best B&Bs you will find, anywhere. Ann welcomed us with a pot of tea and some cake. She makes a real effort to remember names and the friendly introductions to other guests over breakfast really breaks the ice for everyone. Our room was large with chairs for relaxing and good cupboard space for clothes. The...

We stayed three nights here to complete our 12 day visit to Ireland. We were blessed with the spacious Ash Room, with large windows and scenic views. I agree with the other reviews on how comfortable this place is. It is beautifully designed and constructed. Very quiet, bird friendly, and the eggs are produced on site. You can walk to...

I stayed there for one night in the single room which was perfectly adequate and comfortable at a fair price. The bathroom was good too and everything was very clean. The owners were very helpful as I was checking in a little later than the usual check-in time, we had made arrangements over the phone prior to arrival. I didn't...

Our first night in Ireland was a great stay here. Ann welcomed us with hot tea and cookies on the patio outside. Very relaxing and appreciated after a long overnight flight and busy day at Powerscourt with a scenic drive through the Wicklow Mountains National Park via the Sally Gap to Bramble Rock. Family room - 'Laurel room' - was...

We stayed here as a quick overnighter on our way North, arriving after dark and leaving straight after breakfast, so we didn't see much of the surroundings. However, the b&b itself was one of the best we have ever stayed in. Purpose built, with wide corridors (wheelchair-friendly) and plain but pleasant decor. Our room (Laurel) was large and airy, with...

This was our first stop in Ireland, it was done of the best! Ann and Ger are very friendly caring people who run a very exceptional B&B. The room was large and super clean. Great sitting area, breakfast was hot and tasty. Location was quiet with car parking. It was easy to walk into Laragh to the pub or Wicklow...
