Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My wife and I stayed in The Laurels B&B for a friend's wedding. Mary looked after us from start to finish and was a wonderful host. The breakfast was great, and her kind hospitality in giving us a lift up the the wedding in Rathsallagh was very much appreciated.

Be sure to put in the Eircode/Postcode on their website into Google Maps for directions, and it will take you to the door.

Fantastic place top class... better than a lot of hotels. The rooms are spotless comfy and nothing is too much for Mary. The breakfast is yummy and while eating the views are amazing. The price is very reasonable 5 star venue at 3 star prices.

Stayed a night here for attending a wedding at rathsallagh house. Mary's is very warm and friendly and the rooms are very clean and confortable and a really nice touch of plenty of water, tea and coffee in the room with little extra of mini muffins and chocolate. The views from the back bedrooms are amazing and good choice of breakfast. Would definitely recommend this B&B.

Myself and five friends stayed here two nights for a wedding at the nearby Rathsallagh House Hotel. The place is about a 10 minute ride to the hotel and provides a wonderful view of the farmland and Wicklow Hills in the distance. The rooms are spotless, well stocked with bottled water and snacks, and have very comfortable bedding. Mary was unbelievable. She provided rides to the hotel on several occasions and went out of her way to make sure our breakfasts were customized to our liking and served at a convenient time. Our stay was near the end of our 10-day European trip and clean clothes were at a minimum. Mary offered to wash some of our clothes. Despite my insistence that I wash the clothes myself, Mary refused as that is just her kind nature. I highly recommend staying here if you are traveling in the area.

We stayed here for a wedding nearby and Mary could not have been more helpful. She offered to make sandwiches and was very attentive without being intrusive. The rooms are lovely and the beds very comfortable. The full Irish breakfast was delicious, Mary’s niece Steph even looked after the baby while we ate. Highly recommended.

The view of the Wicklow hills from our room was spectacular. The room was comfortable, very warm and clean. We found generous touches of bottled water, chocolate treats and biscuits in the room. Our breakfast was perfect. Mary is warm welcoming and very helpful.
