The warmest welcome. Great, happy, friendly hosts (including Molly, the pony). Tea/coffee/juice and home baked delights on arrival. Beautiful room. So good we came back for another night before returning to Australia. Delicious breakfast 😊 Definitely recommend.

Fabulous place, and a fantastic welcome from the owners. We were offered hot drinks and cakes on arrival, very friendly atmosphere. The location is perfect and the grounds around the B&B are also superb. Highly recommended.

This place is absolutely amazing! A home from home.. Such a lovely warm welcome topped with coffee and cake! Cake was scrumptious!! If you are looking to escape for some peace and tranquility this is the place to go.... surrounded by the beautiful Irish countryside, you couldn't wish for a better place to stay! A lovely comfy nights sleep and the delicious breakfast that follows the next morning. Shane and Catriona, You both make this place perfect! It was great for someone to make the effort to remember every guests name and being greated with a 'Morning Rosie' made my day! We will definitely return.. Thank you for having us stay!

Set in lush Avoca Valley on the banks of river Avonmore. We stayed for three nights, the landlords go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. There‘s also afternoon tea. For the view, If available ask for one of the rooms out front, or one of the rooms on the top floor looking onto the river
