Ok so all the minus points first . 1 Amber Express from the walkway to it and the waiting area dated & dirty and as for the tour around the back of the hotel to see the junk and rubbish this need urgent attention . 2 Crazy Golf is a joke there are so much leaves and twigs on each hole u can't even hit a ball for €10 ..no thanks . 3 Trying to go for food if you have not booked in advance is a nightmare 99%of the time you will be turned away maybe management should put a sign at the front of the restaurant to avoid confrontation with staff as they have enough on their plate . 4 The pool is ok but it needs a good clean . Good Points . The room we got was great lots of room bunk beds for kids and huge bathroom with bath and v nice shower . BBG Bar/ Bistro was the best for food better variety and atmosphere. For kids it's great but things are starting to get a little dated . The staff overall were very helpful shout out to Adam & Jamie who looked after us while we were there . Yes we probably would go back but management need to step up and sort out all the growing problems cleanliness and general DIY need attention . …

For what we paid for, a so called executive suite, that we did not require, the sink and shower was appalling, someone not doing their job, and I would put it down to management, would not be so keen to return.

Over the course of a week ,,, there were 16 of us,, from 5 family units ,, staying different durations . It was a great family get together ,,, for the youngest and the oldest . Great facilities for all ages . Some travelled from the UK . we were delighted to be with you at Amber Springs ,,, and may see you again next year . Stayed for 3 nights and cannot complain about anything. All staff are extremely helpful and friendly and will do their best to see to any request. Hotel itself is great for families and there is lots to keep children entertained. Food is nice and breakfast caters for everyone.

We stayed in the Amber Springs for a few days in August as a group of friends with our families. The hotel has a great range of facilities for families, especially for young children. Most of the children in our group went to the kids club in the evenings and really enjoyed it, especially the pizza party, which they didn't want to leave! We were in a Family Den Suite, which had bunk beds for children. The size of the room and bathroom was super, plenty of space and the room with bunk beds was a real novelty for the kids. The food was lovely, we had breakfast each morning and dinner there on 2 nights. Great choice for dinner with the different restaurants. The only fault we could find was the room we had breakfast in each morning was rundown and looked out on to a neglected balcony which could be a lovely seating area in the summer if it was set up for it. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all it was a great few days away, would definitely recommend.…

Where do I even start from the moment we arrived we had the best time ! The staff are absolutely fantastic especially Andrea in the Italian so kind and friendly the rooms are fantastic the kids were entertained all weekend I can honestly say it was the best hotel we have ever stayed in planning our next trip already ❤️

The room and the hotel generally was very clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We had dinner in the outdoor restaurant. The food was amazing and really nicely presented. I have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful hotel to my friends and family.

Amazing, we stayed 2 nights with our 2 girls. Our eldest daughter turned 10 on the day we arrived. We decided to upgrade our room to a family den suite. Beautiful spacious room. So much to do on the hotel grounds. Some of the activities that our girls really enjoyed was the owl show, archery, playground, soft play area, train ride with Tucker and swimming pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness of rooms and turn over service was 100%. Food was delicious and so much variety. A few things that need improvement would be the cinema, broken seats. Soft play area should be supervised better. There were a few older children that were a bit rough. Also some decided to climb and sit on top of it and say things that weren't nice to children that went past. Overall it was a very enjoyable and fun filled experience. We will hopefully get a chance to return one day. …

The indoor playarea is not a supervised outlet. We do require children to be supervised by parents or guardians. at all times. Duty management team do spot check and will action any issue reported to the front desk of older children or unruly behaviour. We do hope to see you return in the very near future.

Enjoyable weekend away with kids with pleanty of activities to do in the hotel and lovely beaches nearby. Anyway cleaniness of all common areas are not up to 4 star standard. With high volume of families and kids in the hotel need more care on cleaning tables and floors. Had to clean tables and chairs with wipes before sitting down at every meal. Rooms need a bit of maintenance with lights not working and bath tub leaking etc. Would recommend stay to friends but wouldn't go back.
