We stayed in family den, family of 4 (2 boys 4 & 7). Living space is generous & kids bunks were very safe. The breakfast is good, we ate in Farina & farmhouse burger were fine. Pool is okay plenty of room in it. The atmosphere however is very booze focused where parents sit outside and let there kids run riot. Example: We tried crazy golf but didn't finish as there were kids (about age 8 unsupervised) decided to just hit their ball & our ball anywhere and run around the course, indoor play area is unsupervised as our youngest (age 4) was pushed and knocked over by other kids (age 8-10) who just ran around chasing others. Our 7yr old tried archery for which older boys (age 12ish) started shouting at us at each shot (they had a parent but he didn't say anything). My wife had to ask them to stop and the archary instructor closed the door to allow us continue. Conclusion: Eating and sleeping in hotel was great but rest I would not recommend.

Just finishing a 3 night stay here and can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was.. The hotel facilities, room, staff especially the kids club facilitators, the food and the range of activities for kids was outstanding.. we ate in Farina and FHB and both meals were delicious. Breakfast was lovely and very well organised.. Although most activities had to be booked in advance everything went smoothly and never felt crowded or uncomfortable.. Well done all at Amber Springs we can’t wait to come back again.

Room Tip: For families the family dens are great as you can watch tv while kids sleep in the ‘bunk bed room’

Absolutely outstanding stay from start to finish. Nessa checked us in and was a joy to deal with. She interacted with our kids brilliantly and got them all excited for the stay. We stayed in a suite where the kids had their own little room behind a curtain, the room itself was very spacious so plenty of room for the 4 of us. We had booked dinner but missed the reservation due to traffic but reception sorted us out with a new slot in the Farm restaurant which had great burgers. The Santa experience was absolutely fantastic, we had an elf assigned to our family who was brilliant with our kids and got plenty of hugs from our little lad Jamie, she won't forget him in a hurry lol. I don't usually write reviews but this whole experience from start to finish was the best we have ever had as a family. We will hopefully be returning next xmas, thanks for everything Amber Springs!

We are just back from our third stay at Amber Springs. It is such a great family hotel with so much to keep kids entertained. We didn't expect the Christmas experience this year to be as good as last year (due to Covid) but it was honestly amazing, and in some ways I would say better! So magical with all the lights, and the energy and enthusiasm of the elves was fantastic. I can't recommend this enough. Thank you for a fantastic time and memories we will cherish.
