Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Really comfortable B&B, with lovely hosts. Really comfy bed and super quiet surroundings. All rooms are ground level, there is a unit that is designed for a wheelchair user. Try the poached eggs for breakfast - super fresh from just down the road. Served on a little round of toast ... to soak up any water .... just like they do in the really fancy hotels ! Best poached eggs I have ever had !! Breakfast also included fresh fruit salad - which was another lovely treat !

We stayed at Cillin b&b on the night before a relatives wedding.Bonnie and Noel are such lovely, accommodating hosts. The rooms were lovely and clean.Breakfast next morn was full Irish and good selection of cereals, toast and jams too.Bonnie was so kind to help me with getting clothes ironed for our day ahead.I enjoyed seeing their gorgeous friendly dogs,I gave them both extra hugs before I left. All in all a very pleasant experience ,I would highly recommend this place.

We booked to stay at Cillin B&B for two nights as we had a wedding nearby. We cannot recommend this bed and breakfast enough. Noel and Bonnie are the most accommodating hosts where nothing was too much trouble. The B&B is the perfect stay with everything you might need in a beautiful setting surrounded by the Irish countryside. Thank you so much Noel and Bonnie, we loved our stay! Steve and Stephanie

An excellent B and B. Noel and Bonnie welcome you to their very comfortable and quiet home with gardens where you can sit. The Breakfast was of an excellent quality - one of the best I have had. Beds were comfortable and rooms clean. Cillin is well located for visits to Tara, New Grange and other attractions in Meath. Dunshaughlin was nearby and has a number of places to eat. It would be easy to miss it. You shouldn’t.

What an amazing location, the surroundings, the place itself, and the owners are angels brought from heaven! The breakfast was amazing, everything home made with love and passion. The room comfortable, tidy, cosy, everyone what one expects and beyond. They even offered us to drive us to Slane castle for Metallica! But the biggest thing was that after the concert we got stranded in the middle of the night and the owner picked us up. Thank you Bonnie and Nolan for everything! We will come back, its a promise! Love from Elton and Danny from Malta :) xxxx

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here when attending Tattersalls Country Fair, which was about a half an hour drive form the B&B. On arrival after travelling from Cork we were quite tired and Noel the host, drove us to the show which we were very thankful of. Could not complain about this B&B, highly recommend. Rooms large airy and bright, immaculate and very comfortable with a brilliant power shower!

A belated but heartfelt review! My childhood pal & I had the most wonderful stay with Bonnie, Noel and family at their lovely B&B last year. Excellent accommodations, delicious breakfasts and wonderful company! Our warm and friendly hosts made us feel SO welcome that our stay at Cillin B&B was a major reason that we had a fabulous time in Donschaughlin and Dublin. Can't wait to visit again =) Kim LS Dutchess County NY

Very central location and clean. Bonnie and Noel (and Carol) were lovely hosts. Very tasty breakfast with lovely homemade brown bread. I really appreciated the help when I discovered a puncture as I was about to leave.
