Myself and my husband had a 2 night stay and it was excellent. All the staff we encountered were perfect, friendly and professional. Our room was a great size and spotless. We had dinner in the bar on both nights and could not fault it. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with a large selection on both the continental buffet and the hot breakfast. My scrambled eggs were perfectly done. The pool area needs a bit of TLC but I did enjoy it. On Saturday morning there are children's swim sessions so it can be a bit loud but didn't bother me. Overall I would definately recommend the hotel and I will return

It was ok, the room was dirty. Carpet was covered in maybe make-up. Black marks on the wall also The tap in the bath came apart and I ended up cutting my finger off it. There was also black mould on the shower partition.

Food was amazing, room was amazing, staff were very generous and helpful I would recommend this place for anyone. Bed was very comfortable. Decor was beautiful. Thanks for making it such a lovely evening. Breakfast was great next morning. Had a full Irish freshly prepared and brought to the table. Thanks for a great stay.

Stayed 4th Nov for a family reunion and although everything was nice about the hotel we were unfortunate enough to be staying the same night as a ball with a large number of young adults who were running up and down corridors banging on doors in the early hours of the morning sent email to hotel but unfortunately this has not be acknowledged

I stayed here for one night with my daughter as a treat for her 7th Birthday. From the time we arrived, the service we recieved was exemplary. Every staff member we met wished my daughter a Happy Birthday and sang Happy Birthday to her. Natalia and Deirdre went above and beyond to make my daughters stay special, and had a lovely Birthday card and chocolates in the room for her when she arrived. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable. There was lots of choice for Breakfast and overall we were very impressed. I would definetly reccomend this hotel and we most certainly will come back again.

This is the perfect hotel for family mini breaks! Our second time to return on the family package offer as it includes something for everyone; free wine for parents, pass for local family fun day, kid's play room plus nightly kid's entertainment. Treats and activities to keep kids happy were left in our room. The staff were a pleasure to deal with and the bar food and breakfast were consistently of a high standard and quality on both visits. I had booked in September for my mother's 60ths birthday which I was promised to have an enjoyable time and had nothing to fear with thehotel Unfortunately our stay in the killeshin was far from comfortable and enjoyable. On arrival we decided to go for some lunch 3 out of 5 of the glasses we got were dirty 1 even had lipstick on it. Checked into our room nothing was left in my mums room. I called down and they brought up chocolates. I then went to my room and there was card n chocolates left in my room. Room 217 my sister and the baby room. Lamp was broken Air con heat thing not working was told by ciaran not to worry when get to hot open the window cooler outside. Fuse or somthing was gone. Heat in that room got to much for for the baby that night we had to put her to mums room at 223. Went for the birthday meal at 6.30pm. Restaurant was very cold ask for air con to b turned off. Opposite to the rooms. Dinner was extremely uncomfortable and stressful where we were seated there was an disagreement happening between staff and other guests it was a tense atmosphere the 2 women working the floor they never smiled or gave no customer service when bringing out the cake she didn't even smile talk sing nothing. Zero atmosphere. Food was nice. 5 out 6 of the hienken pint glasses were dirty this time it took the blonde lady herself to go and get the clean glass. We were then overcharged in the restaurant for apple pies which was corrected. Went for bar for drink again the dirty glasses was overcharged on 2 different occasions here was pulled on it and was corrected. Day 2 We went to the pool swim hats were not implemented eventhough the day previously my brother forgot his and was made purchase 1. 10 people in the pool the 2nd day had no hats on. Reported all this to John manager on duty he said he would discuss and swim hats were essential. Went out for dinner 2nd night. On return Went to bed early. Unfortunately the night just went bad to worse. We should have been told there was a ball on. 5 times I had to call down last call was at 3.40. The roaring shouting screaming knocking on ours and other doors on our floor 3 times our door tried to be open it was ridiculous every time the baby fell asleep she was woke. I did not sleep until well after 4 oclock, mum was 5 o'clock and my son was afraid as they were trying to come into our room. Although ciaran was up n down there was only so much he could do. All the families staying on that floor should have been told. In the morning we went down to pool for 10AM as your booklet states family fun time and inflatables beach balls etc which your general manager mr dalton smirked at. We have never had inflatable. Obviously someone didn't read his room booklet. Again swim hats not implemented on 3rd day..Margaret John ciaran and the blonde lady on reception good at customer service kind and considerate. I unfortunately got very upset as I put alot of thought into this weekend as the reservation lady had known i was so worried about it and with the lack of sleep and it was all ruined. Not one moment was enjoyable. Manager did not handle the situation well at all if he thinks its ok for people to pay to be kept awake and to be treated like that. he is sadly in the wrong job. All issues I have are recorded. So much for the comfortable and enjoyable stay…

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was very good and the breakfast was amazing. I am coeliac and to be able to get a gluten free breakfast and a wide variety of gf food was fantastic. Where the experience fell short for us was with some of the staff in the ceder room bar where we had booked our evening meal. We were seated for dinner and then basically ignored. One of the waitresses never came back to us after our main course, I had to get up to ask another waitress to come to our table and she was very apologetic about this and very nice.
