Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Fantastic facilities, wonderful staff - a total pleasure to stay here. We were upgraded to a suite, which was just amazing. Total luxury. I would heartily recommend for a romantic getaway. Lots to do in the area 30 mins from Dublin.

I booked this hotel based on good reviews however on arrival I was disappointed to have done so when there is other far superior hotels in Naas for the same price The hotel itself is run down and there is a musty smell at reception. We were greeted by a nice gentleman called Darren who was extremely helpful. He tried his best to accommodate the three of my party in one room but as it was booked online we had to take the two rooms which was completely understandable. Everything was paper based nothing appears to be computerised. There is no lift in the premises which is not very practical in this day and age for the elderly, buggies or alot of luggage. Upon inspection the room itself was clean, the mattress was clean and there is pillow and mattress protectors which were

Came across this hotel by accident as we got lost on our travels. Booked in and greeted by friendly staff with a welcoming manner. The room was basic but clean. The meals were generous in size and delicious. The breakfast was freshly cooked and a nice big pot of tea instead of a bag for a cup. Tuesday night was the meeting of the musicians with guitar, banjo, drum, whistles , and acordian. What a great fun night with their singing and so much fun and happiness that night. So glad we got lost and if we ever return it will be another Tuesday night. Thank you boys and girl. You made my birthday evening

When scrolling through the Internet looking for somewhere to have a good night away, what do we look for? Probably.... Dining options Swimming pool Choice of bars Reviews etc. But the Town House in Naas has made me think a diferent way! This is not 5 star luxery but what it is, is a honest to god family run hotel, friendly staff all smiling and not fake smiles! This is homely home away from home. Room was tidy clean, and well laid out and offered great value, the car was mixed with locals, other guests and presided over by efficient, friendly and really welcoming staff. There was of all things bingo on that night for charity, being a "bingo virgin" this has to be done! Our host wa Eddie Snall absolutely brilliant host singing dancing, jokes and an incredible way of bringing

After booking our daughters joint birthday parties late last year for the middle of this month we have had to cancel at very short notice. Last week I dropped into the hotel to let them know and to apologise. Not only were they understanding, they gave me my deposit back- in full. I wasn't expecting this and when I questioned it, I was told that 'it is because we are not like other hotels'. I was blown away by this gesture, thank you so much.

What can I say about this small but very pleasant hotel, we stayed here for one night before moving on to a family wedding the following day, staff were extremely pleasant and helpful from reception to bar staff etc, the whole place was clean and welcoming, the food was very good, the only slight downside was the size of the shower in the room if your above average size, saying that I would definitely stay again if I came back to the same area.

Good, clean hotel. Very friendly and well priced. We had a nice room and the breakfast was quite something. I do eat meat but still had a good meal to set me up for the rest of the journey. The full Irish breakfast would feed two people for a day!

I was en route to Cork but was in need of somewhere to stay. The local garage in Naas recommended this little hotel/motel/pub. I am glad that he did. The bar staff/ reception were extremely obliging and responsive. Despite the fact it was 10pm I was sorted and had a Guinness in my hand by 10.10pm!! The room was as expected. Dated, rather on the small side but clean and more than suited my needs for the night. ( the Bush TV was virtually antique! The smallest screen possible!) In the morning I was made welcome in the breakfast area. Fresh juice, cereals etc on offer. Plentiful menu. I opted for the full Irish. It was superb. Freshly cooked and was definitely 10/10. I wanted more toast and that was immediately forthcoming. I never had the time to look around Naas because I needed

Stayed hear last minute on a business trip when I needed to get back to Dublin, and didn't want to pay Dublin prices. Basic rooms but comfy beds and clean rooms. Great little town with a lot offer in terms of eating and drinking. Staff at hotel were incredibly friendly and locals also made me feel at home with the chat and banter. Breakfast is apparently very good but I had to leave very early for a flight, only took 45 minutes to the airport for an early flight. Would definitely stay again.
