Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Very clean room comfy but small bed. Clean bathroom also small. Basic facilities. Friendly staff. Good location. Breakfast good but not a lot of selection for non cooked options. No lift to get up or down from upstairs rooms with your luggage.

The receptionist greeting us on check in was amazing, kitchen was closing within 5mins of our arrival late last night and she rushed to the chef to order us a meal after a very long shift, even before she checked us in. It was very much appreciated. We had breakfast included in the deal but this morning we checked out early around 7am for work but the work was pushed back to 12.30pm so we had to sit around and wait and we rang the hotel around 9ish asking could we go back to the room but unfortunately it was being cleaned so the receptionist this morning offered us to come back and sit in the hotel and even mentioned we had breakfast included so they would make us breakfast and we did and it was amazing. 10/10 place, wasn't expecting much for a small place (no offence) but it was greatly appreciated the efforts the staff went to. Will definitely be back when in Naas.

We recently attended a wedding in The Town House Naas. The hotel is Immaculate, the food was excellent and the staff were very friendly, helpful and extremely competent. From the time we arrived until the time we checked out we were looked after so well. There's a lovely relaxed atmosphere, everything runs so smoothly and all the members of staff were very welcoming and helpful.

1 night stay and we wished it could have been longer. We were going to a drift series event at Mondello Park Race Track. All I can say is that from the moment we stepped into the hotel the very warm welcome we received was really lovely. The lady who checked us in was very welcoming. The room was warm, cosy, modern and spotlessly clean. Everything we needed for our stay. Nice little bar. The breakfast was delicious we had the full irish which was delicious, there were also other options available on the breakfast menu, something to suit everyone. The hotel is excellent value for money a little gem, home from home. We will definitely return, hopefully for a little longer.

Great stopover hotel close to the motorway. Plenty secure parking at the rear of the hotel, the staff were extremely nice and the room I had was clean, bright and spacious. I will definitely visit again when in the area again and also well priced.

€14.00 for two (very) plane toasted cheese sandwiches. I don’t think I have to say anymore!! On mentioning it to the waitress I simply got a shrug of the shoulder & a very blaze “I don’t set the prices”. To sit outside in a make shift temporary covering looking out onto a busy road. Definitely not the K Club - which I doubt would have the audacity to charge €7 for two slices of white pan & a couple of slices of cheese!!
