Large clean house with plenty of parking. Using GPS it’s difficult to find as GPS brings you around the corner to the back of the house? The owners are aware of this problem but the house is well sign posted. Well run place with a very friendly and warm owner. Rooms are comfortable, although for my taste the pillows are far too soft. Bed was comfortable. Close walk to the center of town. Breakfast was very good and they were very accommodating to my husbands diet.

Thank you Sheila, Last night we realised what was happening with the GPS, at last, it tells you to turn left and it means into our gate, but we are so near the lights that people are turning left at the lights and ending up on the Blessington Road. The same thing happened to me in England. Hopefully, now that I know what is happening I will be able to set people straight. Ronnie

John & Ronnie were perfect hosts when I stayed for 6 nights recently. Great breakfasts and easy to walk to everywhere in town. Great hosts who were so helpful in every way. Lovely house , very quiet despite it being on a busy road.

We found Avondale after hours of searching for a place to stay near Dublin. We were so thankful to find Ronnie and just loved her B&B. The accommodations were very comfortable, just like home and everything was within walking distance. A true find! Breakfast was delicious and the conversation and added blessing of the day. Highly recommend!!

My partner and I for the third year running have just enjoyed another wonderful stay at Avondale B&B. A home away from home, clean & comfortable with an excellent home cooked breakfast to start your day. We will be going back for many years to come.
