Stayed recently for a girl‘s nice trip. Didn’t catch name of the receptionist but she was a young blonde woman and she genuinely couldn’t have been any nicer. Really a credit to the hotel. We had booked for afternoon tea which was lovely and waitresses that looked after us were very nice. Also had dinner in the restaurant, food was beautiful honestly would return again just to have the seabass and salmon dinner again. Cocktails were fab aswell. Would definitely return!
We as a group of 9 girls stayed here for one night as a getaway break and celebrating our friends birthday. To say the least we have an amazing time in the hotel and with the staff. Starting that morning with the train from Dublin to Athy in 50mins and €10 each way is a no brainer. From the station is is only a 20min walk. We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by Martina, Lori and Amanda who were professional and courteous to us throughout the check -in. Later we had lunch in the bistro bar were we met John & Brian and the bar staff Chloe, Tyrone and Glen who waited on us at our every need, they just couldn't do enough for us and the food was delish. The rooms for sharing (3 in 1) are fantastic in size, plenty of room, they were spotless clean with everything arranged for your use. I would like to give a special thank you to Marie and Inga the two cleaning ladies who were ever so friendly and chatty for all their hard work as it is not easy cleaning up after 9 mad women on the loose ! Overall the hotel is a great little place to unwind and leave the hustle & bustle of the city behind. The hotel staff are so accommodating and made us feel so welcome that we didn't want to go home.. thank you Clonard Court Hotel for memorable stay!!!…
Am great family hotel. Food was fantastic - we ate in the hotel both nights of our stay. Dinner and cocktails were good value and quality. Staff were very helpful - recommended places to go for the day and quick to offer assistance. Rooms were a little dated - good quality linens and curtains but furniture a little worn (and it has been a while since we have had a bath/shower combo) but room was impeccably clean and although it was hot a fan was provided for our comfort. Would definitely go back.
I stayed at Clanard Court for a wedding. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was great value for money, and the restaurant and bar were great. I would highly recommend Clanard Court as a venue for big events.
I decided to treat my better half to a night away in one of the Clanard's Suites. We stayed in the Retreat Suite - We have decided to upgrade to this room for our wedding. It was a little treat for his birthday and we will be getting married there in 2024. There was a slight delay at reception checking in but other than that we had a lovely stay. The room was stunning, nice and private. We even had breakfast on the balcony the following morning. There was complimentary soft drinks and snacks in the room also which we thought was a nice touch. We had dinner in the Bistro - a lovely selection of food and it was just so tasty. The staff we lovely and friendly and couldn't do enough to ensure we had a comfortable stay.
Beautiful hotel made even better by the lovely staff and relaxed atmosphere within the hotel. The food was superb and very good value. well done everyone .Will definitely be back for a return visit and hope to visit the revive Spa on our return.
Spent a spa day and night at Clanard Court Hotel with Family & Friends . From lunch to Dinner & Breakfeast next morning food, service ,and staff was superb . Spa afternoon was the best ever . I would highly recommend this Hotel for a wonderful break . Thank you to all staff.
We stayed here at the weekend, enjoyed everything. The room was gorgeously decorated and clean. Lovely rain shower. Food in Baileys restaurant was great and suited everyone. Very reasonably priced too, the whole stay was a steal. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast the following morning was gorgeous, plenty choice and all cooked so well. Staff were lovely and super friendly, was a great place to stay close to the national stud and kildare village. Will definitely be back 💯 %
Dinner was burnt, my chips were raw, breakfast was missing some of the orders, and only one cup for two people. Can't fault the rooms but my check in took to long as it was almost 4:40 till we got our lovely room,. Beautiful bed and shower, wouldn't turn me off going back
Stayed for a family wedding, beautiful stay, food was very good. Great venue for a wedding, everything close by. The staff were excellent & attended to every detail. There is plenty of parking & the venue is close to the services in Athy.
