Andrew and Antoinette the owners and hosts at Dollardstown are lovely people with such a lovely welcome that includes tea and homemade scones. The rooms are very nice, bed very cosy and overall very clean. The breakfast served was hearty and the homemade brown bread was delicious along with the full Irish, you won’t run short on tea 😀 Would definitely recommend worth a visit lovely part of the country too

Absolutely amazing in every way! The hosts are beyond lovely and the hospitality is bar none. Gorgeous romantic rooms, beautiful grounds. Nightly hearthside fires in the drawing room. Delicious full Irish breakfasts set us up for a day of exploring. We liked it so much we extended our stay. This place is truly special and should be on your list if you are visiting the Kildare area. Only an hour from Dublin. Would happily return.

We had a fabulous stay at Dollardstown House. Antoinette and Andrew couldn’t do enough for us. Tea and home made scones on arrival served from china cups. Fabulous freshly cooked breakfast with homemade brown bread. Fire lit in both rooms (parlor and dining room ) Glass bottled water and flasks of milk in fridge in hall. Will definitely stay here next time we’re in the area. We had a wedding in Kilkea Castle and it’s a few kilometers down the road. Beautiful area.
