Our group needed a one night stay somewhere between the Cliffs of Moher and Galway and The Merriman was perfect! Their pub was great fun and the food was delicious! Rooms were comfy and morning breakfast plentiful. Great town with fun little local bars!
Along the coat on the Wild Atlantic Way. The bar has a good atmosphere and decor. Very helpful staff. Big serves and tasty meals. We had the Pork belly and seafood chowder. Presentation was good. Easy parking as well.

There re several good places to stop and this would be a good one too. Galway Bay is a convenient walk from the hotel with lovely views. Make sure they get the lights and heat on to the room several hours before you arrive.
