LUXURY SUITES Three existing 100+ year old townhouses in the centre of Roundstone have been converted into five stone clad and wood finished luxury self-catering accommodations, each with their own private outdoor terrace or balcony areas. The interiors and exterior embody the ‘Crafts of Connemara’ and socially conscious designers, suppliers and local artists and craftspeople were sourced for the project. This follows through to the outdoor communal space where the planting reflects the natural landscape and breathtaking views of the area. There are five suites in total, three 3 – bedroom, one 2 – bedroom and one 1 – bedroom retreats sleeping from 2 – 28 people. In addition to the bedrooms, each have their own kitchen and sitting room area with wood burning stove. Some of the properties have views overlooking the ocean, the mountains, the pier and/or the streetscape. They can be rented individually or all together for groups and will include a serviced central reception area and a multi – use outdoor communal designed garden space with stunning views for use by resident individuals, couples, families and groups. It will be ideal for hosting small intimate events when hired for exclusive use.
