My favourite campsite along the Wild Atlantic Way so far. Such a beautiful location & the views were spectacular. Direct beach access was an incredible bonus & the beach itself was vast, clean and great for swimming as it was flat and sandy underfoot. The site was immaculate & very chilled out. We just loved it.

Amazing location with beautiful sea views & access. Accepts dogs . Limited facilities - only 2 toilets / 3 showers . Not great organisation on arrival & had to spend first night on very steep pitch despite its booking . The shop is basic & just sells ice creams, coffee & canned drinks .

The location of the campsite is brilliant so close to the water a few steps away. That is the saving grace of the site. 2 toilets and 4 showers for the whole site. Very limited hot water. Grass pitches on steep hills. Over priced for facilities present 47 euro a night for caravan with no awning.

6 nights here in the most gorgeous sunshine. The location is stunning...right on the most beautiful beach and with a backdrop of stunning rugged mountains, paradise. We camped and had a lovely site for our family tent with stunning sea and mountain views. Very sad to tear ourselves away. Will definitely be back. Showers, toilets and kitchen for washing up dishes etc. Constant hot water in showers with good pressure. We would definitely recommend for a remote escape. Perfect for self sufficient campers. Thanks Connemara Camping for amazing memories 👌😍

Spent a week at the end of July at the Campsite. Regina was easy to find at Reception, welcoming and explained all we needed to know about the site. We found a pitch overlooking the Atlantic, the view was amazing with the sea on one side and mountains on the other. The site was busy but found a great spot, the facilities on both sides of the site were ok, especially the hot showers. Would definitely recommend this site to campers and caravanners alike, it is in one of the most peaceful and wonderful places I've been to and will be returning , thankyou Regina and husband for a great stay. We stopped over for one night here on our wild atlantic way journey (2 adults & 2 kids) site is basic, nothing special. It really is in the middle of nowhere so bring your shopping. One shop in Tully approx. 10 minutes drive away which is absolute extortion. Nice food and a great Guinness in Paddy Coynes pub which is about a ten minute drive away. The beach on the campsite is absolutely beautiful and its the saving grace for a pretty basic site

We are so delighted with our experience at Connemara Caravan and Camping. Regina is thorough and hardworking and yet easygoing and friendly, facilitates are always clean and the fact that you can wake up and be swimming in crystal clear water in under a minute is just unbeatable. Totally in love with this place, thankfully we’re booked in for the whole summer! ❤️

Spectacular location with access to beach. The site is basic, but adequate, though a lot of improvement work was underway. Shower/toilet block was clean. Regina is a great host. Great value for money, this is one of few sites in Ireland that doesn’t charge a single caravaner the same as a couple. I look forward to returning!

We stayed three nights at this lovely site. A beautiful setting on the beach, yet with adequate shelter. Facilities are good, the owner Regina was very kind and helpful and the setting is just glorious in the autumn colours. Regina suggested we walk up the mountain path, which we did. The views were amazing. There’s much more to see here.... if we get back some time.

We stayed at this STUNNING site for two nights at the beginning of August. Liam and his wife are fantastic hosts. The site is literally on the beech front with breath taking views. There's lots to do and see on the magical part of the country. We'll definitely be returning. The only downfall for us is we hadn't a few more days in beautiful Connemara
