Cashel House is like stepping back in time. Gracious and elegant, without being stuffy. Wonderful attentive staff, but not pretentious. My garden suite was lovely with an amazing view of the bay. Tea brought to my room and turn down service with hot water bottles in my bed were touches of service not repeated during the remainder of my trip...

Situated in a beautiful garden with views of the sea this is a lovely country house hotel We had a garden suite for 2 nights. Very comfortable, nicely furnished. The turn down service did happen as promised. The bar has very comfortable furniture but it is a bit gloomy and the bar itself is more like a ticket office. Very good...

Maintains an impressive standard of service ,whether promptly responding to requests for afternoon tea or suggesting day trips. All of this in a hotel in the country that goes out of its way to be a home for a few days through the welcoming unobtrusive nature of staff The gardens substantially woodland are interesting in autumn due to variety of...

A very cosy feel, with log fires, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was not extensive but dinner was fabulous. We even had live music with Lynn playing the harp. This is the hotel if you want of 'days gone by' and with no pretence. There are also good footpaths and gardens for walks for light exercises. I love everything...

Stayed in Cashel House last week for a few days of blissful escape. Have visited many times over the years and can only say it gets better. Wonderful room with bay and garden views resplendent in autumnal colour. The food was local, fresh and perfectly cooked with great choice. The numerous comfortable lounges insure a restful time. The attention of...

We stayed here for one night in October - stunning location, very warm welcome, great food. We experienced an immediate sense of relaxation, the minute we arrived. The décor is perfectly suited to the place - beautifully co-ordinated with fabulous quality. The Gardens are delightful. This place is gorgeous - we'll be back!

My husband and I are just back from a very, very relaxing 2 night break here. This is a very old country house away from the madness of everything. We were celebrating our 13th wedding anniversary and had a blue book voucher which took the sting out of the cost (as it is quite expensive) If you are someone who...

This place made smile more the longer I stayed in it. The Cashel House Hotel is a big mix of different styles and eras all in the same building and this quirky mix is different from anywhere else I've ever stayed. My partner and I stayed in a garden room. The views were lovely and the room was very large...

This is a lovely comfortable hotel in a 60's country house style. You feel that you are staying in a private house. The rooms in the wing are large with views over the garden and the inlet. The service is friendly and attentive. There are also wonderful gardens to explore. The restaurant serves excellent fresh local produce. Breakfast has all...

For modern day jet setter's like Colm and I, planning a destination wedding seemed if anything.. appropriate. Ireland, was the perfect location as it was close to Colm’s heart and seemed romantic and exotic, it was not the typical Carribean/Tuscany wedding location. The problem was where would we have the reception?? Ireland is full of the typical european castles turned...
