Stayed beginning of September, staff friendly and helpful. Only had breakfasts, very nice. Grumpys Bar served excellent meals. No complaints with the room, or any noise. Would definitely stay here again

Very happy with our 2 night stay, arrived earlier than stated check in time and was given our room without question. Room was a good size and perfectly functional. Bathroom was very nice. Tea and coffee supplied and re stocked for next day. We used the vista bar for one drink after a long day out and enjoyed the view...

I booked this hotel last minute and relatively blindly, banking on a 4* status. I will say that the housekeeping staff were quite attentive, while the soul of other staff members seemed to be as worn as the fixtures and fittings. Overall, and especially my room, it was a poor B&B from the 90s, with public areas filled with plastic...

My boyfriend and I wanted to stay in Dublin for a night in a nice hotel where we could relax, and enjoy a nice dinner. Many hotels were booked out and I finally found the Plaza. We always stay in 4 stars hotel and this one is said to be 4 stars so we did expect to have a 4...

Came up to tallaght for two nights on some business. My room stinks of cigarettes. I gave up smoking a couple of months ago and it never bothered me on till tonight. Went down to the girl on reception and she said the hotel was full and wasn't able to do anything for me. I went into the bar for...

The staff here were very friendly and helpful. However, if you're wanting peaceful sleep, this is not the place to stay. The noise outside was horrendous on a weekend night, and the windows aren't even close to soundproof, then before 5 am a leafblower or vacuum or something loud started as apparently the clean up effort from the mayhem the...

Stayed for 5 nights, bed was not comfortable, springs sticking out, elevator was squeaky and making noise throughout the day and night, room was too warm with no air con. Window in room was broken and the general state of equipment was low. Bathroom was roomy and large with plenty of hot water. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was...

Myself and my wife stayed here for one night on a short getaway for our anniversary. The hotel was very clean and the bathroom in our room looked quite new. The furniture was a bit tired with water marks on it, we had a freeview TV iron and ironing board to arm chairs plenty of storage. We stayed bed and...

The hotel is fine for an overnight stay if you're en-route to somewhere else or perhaps have business in the area. It is not a 4 star holiday hotel. Check in was slow and along with a number of other travellers, even though we arrived later than the advertised check-in time, rooms were not ready. The first room we were...

Great Hotel, Have stayed there a few times with my boyfriend (BEFORE) The prices of Dublin Hotels went so high. Never really had a problem. One time didn't like the room but they changed us to a different room without delay. Lovely staff too.
