Myself and my partner stayed at the Tallaght Cross Hotel last Saturday. From the minute we checked in until the moment we checked out, we were delighted with everything that the hotel and staff had to offer. Dinner was very good , breakfast next morning was self service except for the toast , very impressed with one way system and all Covid precautions that were in place as you were encourage by staff to use hand sanitation at the start of the buffet and than at the end of it , face mask was required at the buffet area with made me and my partner feel very Covid safe. I was very impressed by the friendless of the staff, in particular Thomas, Susana and Nathan, I would highly recommend this hotel for any trip as the staff will most certainly make it as satisfying as possible.

Walked into this hotel following a sudden family bereavement looking for accommodation. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and made our stay so much easier especially when we wanted to extend our stay another night. The hotel is clean and modern and free parking is a huge bonus, especially when you can get as many tickets as you need as we were constantly in and out of hotel. We didn’t have any meals on this occasion but the restaurant looked great as did the bistro/bar area.

Our room was great and the bed was massive and shower very powerful. As we were on the 5th floor we didnt hear any noise from outside at all which was great as the hotel is centrally located within a few minues walk of the Luas and the Square shopping centre.

We were so thankful and impressed with the staff that we left them a couple of boxes of chocolates to enjoy for all their hard work. Particular thanks to the staff member who helped hubby access the room after I had put the deadbolt on and never heard him at door. Oopsy, :-)

We will deffo be staying here again and have already booked directly with them. This hotel will absolutely be our go to from now on. We don’t have any hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Thanks again for everything and see you again very soon :-)

Lovely hotel. Staff were very friendly & helpful, in particular one of the ladies who works on the front desk. The room, itself, was impeccably clean, as was the bathroom. Plenty of towels in the bathroom and I appreciate that waste was kept to a minimum by not providing any travel size toiletries.
We had room service that evening, which was very tasty. Breakfast was also nice.
Overall, an excellent stay at a very reasonable rate.

It was my first time to stay at this hotel, my first impression was very modern and stylish the front desk clerk was very friendly and assisted my check in smoothly. The room was spacious and the shower is very big the only thing is they dont provide a detachable hose and it's very high up on the wall so it was an issue for me as I'm of smaller height. Also the milk in the room was over a month expired and when I rang the front desk about the issue I was waiting over an hour for replacement and not even an apology was offered for the expired milk.

My overall experience was good and location is prime. I would recommend this hotel just the shower was an issue for me.

Friendly, helpful and efficient staff.
Easy parking, very accessible from m50.
Very good lunch menu and breakfast buffet.
Rooms clean and comfortable, beds are on the hard side.
Could be more sanitising stations around public areas.
Guests not wearing masks in lifts and public areas unchallenged by staff. This is unfortunate but understandable.

When I booked here I was unsure about being a fair way out of the City but a 2 minuet walk to the Luas Tram and a 20 minute ride into Dublin City made the location perfect.
Despite the local area being a bit scruffy the hotel was spotless all areas and especially my room.
Staff were brilliant and always on duty to help.
Will be back again.

Visited on promo voucher and requested twin room and informed them of mobility issues. No twin room on arrival after receptionist said it was and had double bed. Was then moved to the highest and farthest from reception. Food terrible. Asked young girl for jug of ice but too busy talking with locals and never came.Madras curry was like coconut chicken soup and my partners pepper sauce had more spice in it. Breakfast scrambled eggs cold and toast arrived when nearly finished. Breakfast staff though were ecxellent. If you are looking for a view then all you will see is high rise apartment blocks.

Stayed in the hotel a few weeks back for my birthday, myself and my partner booked the couples package. When we arrived at reception the receptionist was very helpful. We had dinner on the first night food was delicious and the staff couldn’t be more attentive, we had precessco and dessert in our room on the second night it was delicious and well presented, breakfast on both mornings was also delicious you could help yourself to the buffet or have something else from the kitchen.
All staff were so helpful and attentive we will 100 percent be back

The room was very quiet and had a big tv. The room was very small and the beds were extremely firm which I found very uncomfortable due to a bad back condition. I ordered room service on the first night and omg the food was so delicious and I will probably dream about that burger for the rest of my life!! I missed breakfast the first morning because of my crappy nights sleep due to the uncomfortable bed. I was gone most of the day and on returning to the hotel for the second night I found that the cleaner had been in and made the bed but they hadn’t taken away my tray and dishes from the previous night which was a bit annoying. I slept well the second night because I was exhausted and I took a sleeping pill. The shower was AMAZING! And breakfast the following morning was also good.

Stayed here few days as family with 2 rooms. „Due to Covid“ housekeeping should only take place every 3rd day - we asked for daily service, was done without hesitation - room very clean.

Only on last and due to bad weather we chose to give the hotel restaurant a chance (often are such restaurants expensive and not very exciting). What a pity for us: this chef is really good!!! Can highly recommend the restaurant serving interesting crossover kitchen. The starter „cross pork belly, black pudding croquette, warm apple purée“ was so mouthwatering!!! Also the other dishes - and prices were on „normal“ level, so one gets very good price value!
