My husband and I stayed for two nights. The rooms are dingy, the towels were frayed and had holes in them, the tissues were the paper hand towels from the restuarant. The breakfasts were standard, nothing special and the dinner was overrated. The wait staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a 15 minute walk to the train station and...

The rooms are a bit tired and in need of some refurbishment. The television is one of the old type and only has 4 channels available. The worst part of things is the parking, you have to keep feeding the meter, or move the car a long way out of town. The town hasn't got much going for it except...

We booked to stay here having eaten in their restaurant 10 years ago and it was still lovely. No pretence and trying to be anything it isn't either. Just a nice country B&B wth lots of character. The service was excellent, and the rooms clean, breakfast was superb and all the staff were very friendly. If you want stylish business...

The Redbank House was always considered one of the better B&B's in Skerries. After reading the reviews I decided to stay here since the place I normally stay was booked. I must say that I was very disappointed. The place is in desperate need of a rehab. The room was clean enough, but some of the tiles in the bathroom...

I must admit I would have ever imagined to have one of my best emal in Ireland. But I did! I travelled to Skerries on business, and I truly felt in love with this little, characteristic town. The hotel was picked by my Boss and I don't think there are too many hotels anyway in the town. it is a...

The handles fell off the cupboard. The bed was left us sweating on one side and cold on the other. The shower sprinkled water everywhere and the TV in the reading room was ready for the skip. They were all out of scallops and lobsters we were there, but the oysters were terrific. The breakfast was only just OK, and...

Was most impressed by the Redbank restaurant on a rent visit. Availed of the early bird menu on a Sunday evening and was treated to excellent service, fabulous food and a very pleasant atmosphere. We were seated in the reception area on arrival in front of the fire where we were served drinks while ordering out food. We were then...

Terry McCoy and his brother and sister in law run this very cute and home-like B&B. My partner found it online and the description does not do it justice. It really is in an old bank- the name is on the window still, but it is a dedicated B&B. Parking was right out on the street in front and I...

Terry fed us well once again, and we can not speak highly enough of this place. If you love seafood this is the place to you....
