Stayed here to go to the Punchestown festival which only 15 minutes away. Only 25 minutes from airport. Vast hotel complex but managed well. Buffet breakfast good and bar food very good. Steak sandwich was beautiful.! Despite size was quite quiet at night.

Terrible experience checking in and again when checking out. Far too expensive for what can now only be regarded as a 1 star hotel. Stayed here many time before years ago but will never go back. Avoid!!

It’s been a while since we stay her for a work conference at attached today the venue. The bar staff service was non existent. We ordered pints from the bar and we might have well been order them in outer space. Nobody in the bar area was taking charge, there were loads of staff on but didn’t have a clue what they were doing. Terrible bar service. Got our food eventually which was good. Our final bill and it was incorrect too surprise, surprise. Give you staff proper training please.

Excellent All lround service and Location. Staff very professional and courteous. Popular setting in Dublin Town Centre. Close proximity to Gate Theatre. Post Theatre drinks at Hotel bar was a good experience. Good service and friendly people enjoying the craic.
