Stopped for a bite to eat while exploring Aranmore island. Great food, friendly service, lovely location. Would recommend for a home cooked meal and a relaxed atmosphere. Lots of outdoor tables overlooking the sea.

Killeen is a about a 5 min drive from the port or a 20 walk. There is only one very basic shop on the island. There are a few pubs with good food. The island has a lot of steep hills so would recommend seeing it by car unless you are a very fit walker. The views from the lighthouse are spectacular. Well worth the bumpy drive up to it.
