We stayed in the very well appointed Cottage - and had a wonderful time! Joanne and Tony were wonderful hosts - we loved their local insights and passion for the area - and they helped connect us to all kinds of wonderful experiences! Completely recommend the cheese and breakfast baskets too - delish! Thank you Joanne and Tony!
We enjoyed a four night stay with Joanne and Tony in this beautiful part of Clare. It was the perfect, tranquil, getaway in a very tastefully decorated cottage. We enjoyed delicious, breakfasts filled with pleasant sundries prepared by Joanne. Tony was passionate about different local walks and activities we could check out. We really enjoyed the contrasting landscapes of Clare with the Burren, the coast and the woods and towns. We participated in an evening Nordic Walking experience with Joanne and Tony which afforded us the opportunity to get off the beaten track and explore Dromore woods. The care and attention lavished on us by Joanne and Tony enabled us to recharge and relax. We will be back again! Thank you
Stayed for 5 nights and felt welcomed by Joanne on arrival. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. My mum wanted to take one of the rocking chairs home with her! Delicious breakfast which was varied every day and delicious home baked bread. Good directions to the house. Beautiful and relaxing scenery and quite central to the places we went. Joanne was very helpful in advising us of places of interest. A very enjoyable stay.
We had a delightful three night stay at this very welcoming B&B. The host, Joanne and her daughter Naomi, ensured that our visit included all the local sights, drawing on their extensive knowledge of the area and its history. The accommodation, 15 minutes drive from Ennis, was spotless and the room we had was spacious with views over County Clare. The breakfast always had an added twist of Joanne's home baking including her wonderful breads and scones. The B&B, coupled with the location made a wonderful break for us.
We had a fabulous welcome from Joanne & Tony. The accommodation was excellent and we felt thoroughly looked after. Joanne took great care to ensure that the food and facilities were top notch and we felt relaxed and in good hands. Joanne took us for a Nordic Walking training session which was informative and fun and I would definitely recommend trying this. The local area and countryside is stunning and there is lots to see and do and to enjoy the fresh air!
excellent communication and Joanne made sure that we were welcomed and made very comfortable. My 89yr old mother stayed in the cottage and i was in the house. Both the cottage and my room were excellent and very comfy. Joanne provided us with breakfast in the cottage together and for that i thank her very much.
