Very beautiful location on the lake shore, very good room with comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom. Nice lobby bar with live music and very friendly (like everywhere in Austria)) stuff. Excellent swimming pool with open-air part where you can swim and enjoy snow and mountains simultaneously. The only minor problem was that all 3 days right after supper included in...

This hotel was booked for a winter weekend in a snow region - it proved a delightful choice. Clean, warm (important in winter), well appointed in a lovely Austrian style, excellent food, and right on the shores of a lake - frozen for the winter and a great source for beauty, recreation and access. More than that, I think every...

This is no doubt the best hotel in the world we've ever stayed in (out of many hundreds). Everything - including room, view, location, food, staff, and more - was just PERFECT. We regret we couldn't stay there longer to enjoy nature.

We chose this place because of the child care and the guaranteed snow even in this very mild winter; and both of these worked out well. The absolute bonus was the food - it is probably the most luxury food and top culinary experience I have ever had access to. Their venison steak is just a dream, and you regularly...

The hotel is in Austrian style and it is really nice. Rooms are big with lovely deco. People who are working there are super friendly, always welcoming you, asking if you need something etc. They always were smiling and it was really pleasant. There is also a big welness area where you can relax. In front of the hotel there...

We did not stay in the hotel but visited the restaurant as we were enjoying our walking tour. Luckily we were there exactly on time while the place offers food only for 2 hours - between 12 and 14. Actually we were there 5 minutes before but received a clear answer that we will be served exactly from 12 on...a...

I have enjoyed this hotel so I went the second time with my family. It is perfect for families with children as it has baby equipment free to use, including buggies and backpacks for children to sit in. Both indoor and outdoor swimming pools are heated and the indoor area heated as well. There's a baby pool next to the...

We've stayed at this property twice during the ski season and we were not dissapointed. The first time was at the end of the skiing season in March and it was quiet. We basically had the hotel for ourselves. This was our best stay as it was before their renovation. Afterwards the prices went up and the food at dinner...

No internet ("in order to give you a rest from the web" they say, in all seriousness). a bad, overpriced restaurant which they call "gourmet" and is priced accordingly. They want you to believe that "gourmet" is small portions, high prices, and a few almond splinters on not-very-fresh trout. Run by family who clearly have inherited, not earned, their jobs....
