Room is pretty good for price, it's clean and spacious. Don't pay for "Deluxe" room, that just means a balcony on 2nd of 2 floors looking at parking lot, no other difference from standard room. I was extremely disappointed in how extremely rude the Breakfast staff was on this visit. They turned off milk machine as my child was pouring...

We took a seven day trip from Michigan to Fredericksburg VA to Dulles VA to Knoxville to Franklin TN to Greenwood IN and home, so this was our fourth hotel of the trip. This hotel is very dated, they have a nice reception area and the gal that checked me in was okay, not overly friendly nor rude. Although warned...

My first time staying at this hotel was three weeks ago, and I did not experience any problems. I was courteously checked in, and the hotel staff that I encountered went above and beyond! The room that I stayed in was average, yet clean. This experience lead me to decide to stay again. However, my second stay was nowhere near...

Some of the nicest hotel staff I've ever encountered just can't overcome the lack of long-term maintenance that's evident everywhere beyond the lobby. The double queen room (not a suite) was tidy, but not clean. There was hair and dust on the A/C control panel, mold on the bathroom ceiling and dirt (?) in the bathtub that came off when...

Probably the largest room we had on this trip. Beds were fine. Wifi was a little slow. NO elevator to second floor - bad schlepping bags up the stairs. Quiet. Decent breakfast with waffles, biscuits n gravy. Large eating space.

Reviewing as a 2.5 star hotel that TripAdvisor claims this place is. It is very old and tired. Hair everywhere, dirty sheets, clock doesn't work, no elevator, things broken, shower nasty. Halfway decent breakfast given the price and they have Directv are probably the only decent things worth mentioning. Pool looks ok but they don't clean rooms so can't imagine...

Check in was quick and pleasant. Room was decent. Breakfast was nice. My only qualm is that they need signs. I looked everywhere for the ice machine. Finally had to call the front desk and ask. The price was right and I would stay here again.

Like everyone else has said, the hotel definitely needs some updating. However, it used to be a Comfort, so maybe they're still transitioning. The room was clean and comfortable, great shower. The hallways and common areas were a little rough, but again that's mostly cosmetic. For $50 a night, it's like the Taj Mahal...do people still reference that? Anyway, the...

This hotel is okay for the price. It is an older hotel that has had some updates. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the same everyday. The front desk staff person was very nice. The fitness center is minimal. There were no towels and television remote was missing in the fitness center. The location was great for...
