This Rodeway Inn is one of the best I've seen in this price range. Affordable yet clean and tidy. Bed was more comfortable than some "higher end" hotels. Great location in that it was out of the road noise area but easy to get in and get out. The breakfast was not their strong point.

Rodeway Inn is a well kept secret. Their prices are great and their breakfast is good. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, waffles, and pastries. Recent overhaul and the pool is nice. Friendly staff at all hours.

Room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable. The fridge was clean and worked well. The woman at the reception desk was very friendly. The only thing was the hallways were very dark, they could use a bit stronger lights to make it more cheerful. But the room was good and the price was very reasonable. The location was great,...

We booked this hotel last minute; it was one of the more affordable. However, although we paid for the 'executive' room, this room had nothing 'executive' about it. The first one we were assigned was on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and it smelled awfully (like urine), especially at the entrance; the carpet was decrepit, stained and worn out. So,...

Room is pretty good for price, it's clean and spacious. Don't pay for "Deluxe" room, that just means a balcony on 2nd of 2 floors looking at parking lot, no other difference from standard room. I was extremely disappointed in how extremely rude the Breakfast staff was on this visit. They turned off milk machine as my child was pouring...

We took a seven day trip from Michigan to Fredericksburg VA to Dulles VA to Knoxville to Franklin TN to Greenwood IN and home, so this was our fourth hotel of the trip. This hotel is very dated, they have a nice reception area and the gal that checked me in was okay, not overly friendly nor rude. Although warned...

My first time staying at this hotel was three weeks ago, and I did not experience any problems. I was courteously checked in, and the hotel staff that I encountered went above and beyond! The room that I stayed in was average, yet clean. This experience lead me to decide to stay again. However, my second stay was nowhere near...

Some of the nicest hotel staff I've ever encountered just can't overcome the lack of long-term maintenance that's evident everywhere beyond the lobby. The double queen room (not a suite) was tidy, but not clean. There was hair and dust on the A/C control panel, mold on the bathroom ceiling and dirt (?) in the bathtub that came off when...

Probably the largest room we had on this trip. Beds were fine. Wifi was a little slow. NO elevator to second floor - bad schlepping bags up the stairs. Quiet. Decent breakfast with waffles, biscuits n gravy. Large eating space.
