Check was so friendly but the rooms are very basic Marriott. Many without balconies. I moved because my first room did not have a balcony. The second one was fine. Nothing special. They have a Tesla charging station which is nice. The restaurant food was very tasty.
Toilet leaked waste around the base Kleenex stuffed into door peephole Hand sanitizer stations didn't work Elevator button didn't light up They allowed dogs in rooms. We saw 2 or 3 on balconies and elsewhere Windows were filthy AC didn't work....all night Reserved room but staff said it wasn't available Completely outdated with 1990's carpet and decor I'm surprised this is a Marriott. My guess is that it will be sold to a third rate chain in a few years. Poor management! When I sent an email to corporate they forwarded it to the hotel and I received a generic, pre-written email. Do not stay!!!
We stayed here as a group for 4 days in September. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and even with the guidelines surrounding the pandemic, they made the stay enjoyable. The room on the 6th floor was clean and well stocked and the bed was comfortable. Due to the guidelines they did not come in and clean like usual, but when we did have an accident the staff came up promptly and took care of it. And even with social distancing, the fire pit at night was enjoyable. Even with all the added safety in place this was an enjoyable stay, I can only imagine how much better it could be with the restaurant and bar being open.
This hotel is a genuine oasis in turbulent times of trouble. I checked in yesterday and already feel healed and joyful because of the comfort of the rooms and, more importantly, the way people here have made me feel as a valued guest. Sharret at the front desk is a genuine gift from above. Kind and hospitable, she, all by herself, set the tone for this remarkable stay. The setting is peaceful. Complimentary airport shuttle so convenient and friendly. The quality of the food at the resort is very high - fresh ingredients served hot. Love the Starbucks venue in the mornings. Welcoming greetings around every corner. I still have three more days here and have already decided to return with my mother for a leisure stay when the time is right. Thank you to all the team members and the trainers who have made this resort the true respite it was meant to be.…
I just wanted to say how nice this hotel was! We made a last-minute decision to take a family vacation and we were concerned about traveling with COVID. I called the front desk last week and I talked to a very friendly employee who told me about the things that were open and closed and the things that we could do in the area. She was very friendly and hospitable. I wish I would have grabbed her name so I could compliment her. Then we made the reservations on Friday and showed up on Saturday afternoon. Everything was very clean and nice. The lobby of the hotel smells so fresh and clean. The hotel and grounds were immaculate. Everything was very nice and updated. This is a beautiful hotel! We had a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I want to return! I love Marriott hotels and I love the Bonvoy rewards program. We usually love to stay at Residence Inn properties so that we have the kitchen and separate sleeping room. But this room was nice and big and very elegant. The housekeeping ladies that cleaned the room were very friendly and did a great job. Their names were Mary Beth and Tahni.…
