Stopped here for the night on our way to the Smoky Mountains. No real concerns being that this is a budget motel. Pros: affordable, clean, good shower with hot water, good location (gas station and fast food nearby) Cons: no coffee, older motel, bare necessities
I needed a place to sleep and this place came up on one of those discount sites, so I went in and had the clerk show me a room and for the money it was alright. The room didn't have any coffee and was cold when I checked it out. I turned on the heat and it slowly warmed up, took quite a while. the bed was comfortable enough. The WiFi was good and the TV didn't have a bunch of channels.
Lobby closed for good. Do business through a window. No coffee, etc. Room in bad shape. Door chain broken. Not real clean. Other occupants were cooking outside on grills, back of p/u trucks. Their dirty work clothes, shoes, left outside. Bed was comfortable. Place is really going downhill fast. Would not recommend. Maximum ONE star rating.
Traveling through and getting late, we needed a place to get a good nights rest to hit the road again. Front desk staff was super great, very helpful in not only our check in, but with questions regarding travel. Room was comfortable and quite. We were not disappointed at all with our stay.
I wish I had read the reviews before I stayed here. I was driving and tired so went ahead. It’s dirty, smelly, there are hairs in the shower and bathroom floor. The guy at reception wasn’t friendly. I wish I could spend my money elsewhere. Listen to all these bad reviews and go somewhere else
Dirty, Stunk, holes in walls, couldn't leave items on counter as water sprayed all over, carpet filty couldn't take shoes off, airconditioner had approximately two inch gap all around letting bugs in so i stuffed with paper towels, toilet wouldn't flush, refrigerator dripping all over, clean towels on rack were stained/soiled, door had several broken locks and top safety latch didn't catch
Terrible worst hotel ever this hotel was very nasty to say the least about it we checked in at 4am after driving 500 miles for the barely speaking English desk help to inform us check was at 11 my wife ask for a hour extra they knocked on the door at 9am to see if we needed towely!! Really don't waste your money on this trash hole knights inn should just close the doors
Not sure where to start so I will say this, this place is terrible! It is definitely a 1950' roadside motel that has maybe seen some paint over the years but that is it. Carpet is filthy, don't walk without shoes of socks you can throw away. Bed was ok, but the sheets and blankets were from the 50's as well. The towels for the bathroom were also the small, "see through" towels from the 50's, and only one per room so you better not mid sharing. No toiletries, no coffee, no clean anything. It is owned and run by a nice lady, but we only saw her once and that was when we checked in. And yes, we stayed her because there was nothing else. I would have rather stayed in the dirt bike trailer, it would have been cleaner. Whatever you do, STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE OR SLEEP IN YOUR VEHICLE. It is that bad!…
Traveling on a budget but wanted something clean. The room was worn but we could not find anything on short notice for a weeks stay in October. So we rented for seven nights. We noticed bites but we had been out doors so did not think much of it until we found the bedbugs. The blood spots on mattress had black marker over them obviously they knew there were bed bugs and kept renting the room. We check out after day three covered in bites, But they claimed there were no bedbugs even though we showed them the bedbugs .
Two weeks ago I was in Vegas staying at Paris, this is defiantly the other direction! There are better choices at this exit for the same money! Must be 40 years old and has original carpet and bath fixtures, wifi would not stay on. I have to say it did have plenty of hot water and COLD air!
