I've stayed here several times in the last 10 years. The rooms are always clean with bathrooms, lighting, heat/ac and internet working well. They have done some lovely things with their grounds--lots of lights and plantings, and the pool and boardwalk areas are nice. I hope they are planning on spending some money on the rooms in the near future....

We just spent 2 nights there to photograph and wish I had known ahead how awful the beds were and no internet. It was $149 and the twin bed was like a giant foam pad that you would roll off of!! Room should have been $39 and the food made me sick. Salmon was frozen and mushy so I couldn't...

Nice resort compared to the rest in the area. Beautiful Christmas decorations and lights on everything that made it glow for the season. Went to the area for an eagle watching trip. Stay in the hotel rather than the cabins which are not very up to date unless you require a kitchen. The hotel was ok other than a few...

Perfect getaway for families to unplug a little and live the outdoors a lot. Brought grandkids (ages 4and 6) here after fun day at Discovery Park (30 minutes away). They delighted in fishing off the bank of the resort and swimming in pool. We met others who were off canoeing, fishing in boats and hunting. This is not your traditional...

To begin with, it took us 2 hours to check in.We were put on hold 4 times so Carolyn could take care of other people who were wanting to look at a cabin, to answer the phone, to buy gifts out of the gift shop. This was once she started checking us in. Absolutely unprofessional!. The people wanting to look...

The buildings are old and rustic but clean and comfortable. This is not the Marriott but you will not find Marriott quality on Reelfoot lake. The grounds and landscaping are well maintained and beautiful. Colorful flowers underneath the giant old Cypress trees. The pool is beautiful with the water circulating from a small waterfall surrounded by Banana plants and flowers...

My grandchildren LOVED the pool with the waterfall that enters it. We all enjoyed the delicious catfish at the restaurant. We ate out on the deck by Reelfoot Lake. The new owner has established an amazing garden complete with a fairy garden which my granddaughter and I fell in love with. Friendly people own it. Highly recommend.

In the middle of no where. Front desk gentleman was unpleasant and no information provided. Rooms only decent and NOT resort quality! The pool was just being filled and the hot tub was empty. The weather was to bad to fish so that left us with nothing to do. Ask for a refund after being yelled at by the manager/owner...not...

We were at the lake in August for a family reunion. First room we were given had broken AC, staff moved us to a larger room and no complaints .Restaurant next door was very crowded the night we stayed but the food was very good.
