The woman at the front desk said to make it work you had to "wiggle" the spout on the faucet (not true), I tried everything....

We would like to know when you stayed with us and what exactly was the problem that you had with our staff. Ruth and Renauta have been in this business for many, many years and we get lots of compliments on both staff members. We would like to know what you meant by "indian" not speaking english. All our staff speak english.
We always want to know when a guest has issues with the hotel so that we may have the chance to correct any problems before the guest check out.
