Warning - free continental breakfast does not apply to all in party, and there's no clear policy. Our experience started out fine, the rooms were average, but ended with frustration. We are a family of 5 and booked a suite for us, and another room for additional family. I made our reservation well in advance and called the week before...

We went to Dunlap for a Pow Wow the weekend of May 29, 30 and 31. I called ahead and made reservations for 2 nights. I requested a first floor room and had no problem reserving one. When we arrived we were immediately impressed with the outside of the building and the grounds. Upon entering, we were greeted by a...

We stayed here three nights while attending an event in Dunlap. I had made a reservation here many months before fore the rally that we were attending. The price was reasonable but I was somewhat worried about the type of place we would find on our arrival since this was just about the only hotel in a small town. We...

We stayed one night. It's a nice hotel, clean, shower worked great, water pressure was good, firm bed comfortable, front desk staff was very nice. Breakfast is a coupon for the restaurant next door, food was very good. Price is a bit high but considering there aren't a lot of hotels around and it's a small town, it is was...

We enjoyed our stay in Dunlap. We had made a reservation for an overnight stay at the Mountain Inn & Suites on the recommendation of a friend. We were very pleased with our room. It was clean and comfortable. We travel twice a year to Dunlap for our Model Railroading Club, Eagle Point Railroad. We will be staying at the...

Second time staying here and always a great experience. Front desk agent very friendly and will do anything for guests. When we needed extra towels, we got them within seconds, he even helped us jump start our car with his own vehicle. He provided information when we needed an auto part store and coin laundry. Clean rooms and hallways. The...

We found a clean room, comfortable bed and decided it was a nice place to stay when in area. The furnishings were updated - large flat screen TV. For the money it was a good value. Updated furnishings. We just needed one night to stay before canoeing the Sequatchie and we would stay again. It isn't a place I would...

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and nicely furnished . If you have a problem climbing stairs be sure to ask for a first floor room because there isn't an elevator, I stayed on the second floor but taking the stairs wasn't a problem. The free, sit down, get waited on breakfast was a delightful twist but there...

The room was nice, a bit dated, but clean. The configuration of the furniture arrangement was very uncomfortable. Especially the door that opens into the area where the clothes are hung. Might I suggest having someone come and review the rooms and make suggestions to improve the customer experience, especially the door issue. Just take the door off and it...

Staff insisted on coming onto my room every night around 9-10pm to 'empty trash'. Rates were ludicrious, charging nearly $500 weekly for a 3 star room at best. Unfortunately they are the only game in town and they know it. Save yourself some $ and headache, skip this one and head to the next town over.
