I get there and they give me room 5 I booked room 17 bridge view. I asked why my room was changed she said to save on electricity the 2nd building...

We stay here annually in a King Suite with a view of Douglas Lake and love it. Easy boat parking and launch close to rooms. Excellent place to stay and fabulous restaurant. Room has separate sitting room with couch; small kitchenette with microwave and Keurig coffee pot and a small fridge.

Stayed in the large cabin which is across the lake (2 min drive) from the check in desk. The cabin is large with a pool table which we made very good use of. The bathrooms were large as were the bedrooms. The living area was massive and each room had it's own TV. There was a fire pit out back...

My daughter and I stayed here while in town for a horse show in August. I was a bit confused because when we pulled into a restaurant parking lot ... I thought the 'hotel suites' were an apartment complex. You actually have to go into a door by the restaurant entrance to check into your hotel room. Once we got...

Our unit smelled so strongly of disinfectant(?) and we were concerned it would trigger an asthma attack. Called to see if we could switch rooms but received no reply. This is a no service place. No screen door, stained carpet, broken down chairs. Old tv, bedspreads and sheets.

Great location, staff is very friendly and willing to help you, very low traffic in the lake, had a great time, spacious rooms, small fridge, micro and coffee maker in room, balcony faces the lake and enough space to accommodate four, freshly updated.

We stayed in a suite with a view of the lake over the 4th of July. It was a last minute reservation and we were so thankful they had a place for us to stay. The room was clean and I loved the way it was decorated. Everything was updated and the floors were a beautiful stained/polished concrete. The Point...

A very relaxing and casual spot with nice views of Lake Douglas, inside & outside restaurant and next to the marina. Very scenic area in a friendly historic town. Suites are very clean, spacious, and comfortable.

We came and stayed in the private cabin for 5 days. As soon as we stepped into the cabin we noticed how dirty everything was especially the carpets. We actually had to go out to Walmart and buy sheets and blankets for the baby to crawl on and cleaning supplies, because we couldn't find any other available place to stay...

This is our second visit to the Butler Cabin at Point Resort. The view of the lake and bridge is fantastic, as is having a ramp next to the cabin. The staff is friendly, parking more than ample, and its located a few hundred yards from town. Our problem is the property is not properly maintained. No WiFi last year...
