My husband, in-laws and I had the pleasure of staying at Stone Fort Inn for two nights. We found the hotel from searching tripadvisor, and originally booked it for one night. We were so blowned away by the hotel and the staff, that we stayed another night in Chattanooga - all because of Stone Fort Inn. This is truly a...

We were greeted at the door by James and given chocolate covered strawberries and a room upgrade without even requesting it! We were invited down for wine and cheese and given chocolate chip cookies. They really go out of their way to make your stay special! Breakfast was outstanding with a buffet each morning. The rooms there are very clean and...

The food was the best thing about our stay. The building has a lot of character but some of the rooms could use a makeover. The mattress needed to be replaced in our room. The room could actually use a complete makeover. The upholstery on the furniture has seen better days. If you like daily maid service, you may not...

I wanted to let this review response wait a while, just to let the past reviews and the new reviews speak for the Inn itself, the odd thing is that to say the food was the best part of the stay, which it is a wonderful breakfast, and thank you, but the Inn and the staff here have so much...

Looking for a unique place to stay in Chattanooga for a romantic getaway - I highly recommend the Stone Fort Inn. Lots of charm here -rooms with balcony, fireplace, soaking tubs. It is a B&B but still provides the full privacy that a hotel would offer. Only downside is it is slightly off the beaten path, but it is still...

Let me start by thanking the FANTASTIC staff at Stone Fort Inn. It was my husband and I's first time in Chattanooga and we will definitely be making the trip back to visit. The rooms were charming and clean. Easy access to downtown, restaurants and shopping. Thank you James and Dee for making our first trip to Chattanooga so memorable....

The Inn's manager James was very gracious and helpful from the first moment we met. The Inn itself met all of our criteria for a pleasent...

This is a great bed and breakfast! Don't go into it expecting a perfect room, because it is a B&B after all. What it lacks in perfect accommodations it makes up for in beauty, charm, and customer service. The good: Fair price; Easy access to downtown chattanooga, the university, and various restaurants; Free cookies, breakfast (VERY good), and a wine/cheese...
