We spent two nights here the week before Memorial Day. The staff in the office was very helpful, the bathrooms were clean, our site was level and the picnic table was on a cement pad next to our site. Not all sites have shade, (ours did not) but we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

We have spent a lot of time in the last several years at this campground. We've enjoyed the caves and the proximity to Chattanooga. But something has changed in the last several months. We've noticed things that were in ill repair being improved. Brush is being removed and sites cleaned up. We've noticed staff working hard to improve the office...

They have squeezed in twice the spaces that would be comfortable and 3 times what would be enjoyable. You are literally on top of your neighbors. There is about a 5 foot space between spots. Not every site has a fire ring or a picnic table. Your neighbor, if selfish jerks as mine were, can/will take over both of them,...

We have just left the campground after spending 9 days there. The campground was very nice. The staff was great & easy to work with. Our camp spot was very pretty, easy to get in & out of and level. If I have a complaint it'd been that the wifi is iffy; but that's true everywhere we go. I'd highly...

I have been a very frequent camper at this campground, generating upwards of 2000 in revenue for this campground. The new ownership told me today, that they are no longer allowing older model rv units on their campground due to aesthetic reasons. My RV is a 1997, and while it is well loved on the outside, it has been completely...

After being told our long-term site would be available through May 8, 2016, one week later we are told that long-term campers are no longer welcome after May 1st. Go carts are no longer being operated. It seems as though new management has no idea what is going on. Disorganized is an understatement! We will be moving right in the...

Not gated, like most camping environments. This left campers rolling in and banging tent stakes in at midnight, well past quiet hours. Glad we left camp most days as there always seemed to be noise. A guy leaf blowing for hours. A guy pressure washing on a different day for hours. ATVs being loud. It was not relaxing at camp....

We have stayed at quite a few campgrounds and these were the worst bathrooms. Found out from a long term resident that their cleaning kids only come in the afternoon to clean them. Was told, like the caverns, owners fired managers and old manager is now a grass cutter. She said it has been amazing how fast this place has...

We've been travelling the United States from West to East for two months now, and this had been our most relaxing stay by far. We were in a cabin, which was really great value for money! A half bath, plenty of hot water, two comfortable beds, fridge, a big TV and a wonderful porch with two porch rockers. Excellent wifi...
