We stayed here for seven nights and would have stayed longer if we could have. They had gemstone mining which was our kids highlights of the whole trip. Wi-Fi was spotty at times of high usage. Verizon cell phone service was not very great however...More

We stayed here three nights, it was a good stay. It was located in the tall Pines under a huge Granite Mountain. It was centrally located to see many of the sites in the Black Hills. The staff was accommodating, and the utilities worked well....More

We spent 5 nights in a motorhome. We were in space #126 and had a stunning view of the mountains but honestly there are views in almost every direction. There are lots of trees and some of the sites have shade - the sites have...More

The drive there is amazing, we are used to the small Indiana hills compared to the Black Hills. Check In/Out is very easy and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The front store has lot of things you need: travel/tourist information, food/ice, camping gear,...More

I honestly never heard the road and we were in the second row back behind the office/store. The road isn't that heavily traveled anyway but no, never noticed sounds.

A very easy, short walk. There are two or three, I believe ... one is ADA-compliant. I only walked by one RV and up a short road, less than 2 minutes. Easy ... and they are nice.

Hi.. We were just there in September, I don't remember seeing a map of the campground, but I might be able to answer a question about the campground. =)
